Jamie Chik praises Felix Wong and Michael Miu the more older the more Man!

Entertainment industry couple Michael Miu and Jamie Chik often worked together in past series productions. They got used to it, however recently Felix Wong and Michael have started to shoot new series "Interpol". When Jamie visited the studios and saw the pair acting, she suddenly felt very touched.

Reporter: You often visit the studio to watch them shoot?

Jamie: I went there to pick up Michael from work and would see them shooting scenes together. In the past when I saw them act together I didn't think much of it. But as it's over 10 years, I felt very touched when I saw them back together again.

Reporter: What made you touched? That everyone is more mature?

Jamie: When you get older, you feel different towards acting. I feel that these 2 men have really matured and they can pull off a very serious feel in their acting. This is what touched me.

Reporter: It's very appealing isn't it?

Jamie: Yes, Very Man!. Felix probably feels very tired shooting a TV series again. Actually if the production is good its worth all the hard work. I felt very tired when I was shooting "Born Rich". But the series is very popular in Mainland. I looked at the audience response on the internet and the things they have said are very sophisticated. They don't just give Constructive criticism. If there is a suitable script I don't mind shooting another series!.

Nnadia Chan and Zhang Duo: Marriage is something that could happen within minutes

In 2007, Mainland actor Zhang Duo and Nnadia Chan who is 8 years older than him started to date. While shooting series "郎心如鐵" news of Nnadia missing because of relationship problems were suddenly exposed. This caused Zhang Duo to be the target of the paparazzi's. The other day, entertainment 163 visited Fushan to meet the cast of "郎心如鐵". Zhang Duo appeared very generous and discussed about his relationship status. He revealed that they had both met each other's parents 2 years ago. Marriage is something that would happen within minutes of good consideration.

Stresses Nnadia wasn't missing

In recent years Nnadia has reflected her career in Mainland. Since dating in 2007 their relationship has always been very stable and they even suggested getting married. However, in November this year the couple were rumoured breaking up. It claimed that Nnadia went missing from home due to relationship problems. In addition, Nnadia's Mainland blog was also deleted. This made the claims more suspicious and believeable. When discussing about Nnadia missing, Zhang Duo looked hopeless. He said "I don't know who created this news, but if she was missing how come we immediately found her?". He also stressed "Nnadia only went to America for vacation. She was definitley not missing. Our relationship is very well".

Zhang Duo stated that their relationship is very stable and when asked about marriage he replied "Actually 2 years ago we both met each other's parents. We had dinner together. As for getting married, it could happen within minutes of good consideration". He expressed that they were both on the same level and enjoy each other's company. Many have said that Zhang Duo has stolen the limelight from Nnadia. But he doesn't feel that way. "I didn't know about her popularity from the start. I even thought she might be a male . Everytime I accept a interview they would mention about Nnadia, however I believe they won't in the future because Nnadia is participating less in the entertainment circle".

In Zhang Duo's eyes Nnadia is a very simple person. "She is very real and genuine towards her friends. She is a stubborn person and rather than hurting others she would take the blame herself. Nnadia is disappearing from the entertainment circle and Zhang Duo disclosed that it was his intention. "It's a pity for her not to act. But I feel being an actor is very tiring. I don't want her to suffer or work hard anymore. In the past, it wasn't her intention to work in the entertainment field. I hope she can do things she likes from now on".

Elizabete Kwong refuses reconciliation, nailing Amigo Chui

The developing story of Amigo alleged assault on young model Elizabete Kwong says that night Natalie Tong called at midnight leading to a triangular conflict. Because of this, Elizabete is insisting on investigating the case until the very end and refuses to let Amigo go.

It was said that on the night of the incident (Amigo assaulting Elizabete), Amigo and Elizabete were in Amigo's house resting in the room, but then Amigo's cell phone rang. Because the cell phone was placed on the night stand beside Elizabete's side of the bed, Elizabete handed the phone over to Amigo saying "your girl is calling you!" Apparently the caller was Natalie Tong. Perhaps Amigo wanted to avoid it, so he didn't answer the phone, letting it go to voicemail. The phone rang 3-4 times after and it was still Natalie calling. Elizabete then kept asking: "Why aren't you answering? It's your girl looking for you!" But Amigo insisted that he won't answer, which lead to a verbal argument among the two. Then Amigo suggested that they break up and told Elizabete to leave, but photos of the two were still in the camera, so on attempt to delete them, a physical confrontation resulted.

After Elizabete left the house, she contacted her manager and called the police. Amigo then went to the police station accompanied by his lawyer, but besides leaving his name, address and phone number, he refused to answer any other question, maintaining his slience. According to sources, Elizabete's doctor reports confirmed that she has slight physical injuries, which Elizabete had told police about and they will take that into account. Police had completed the investigation and submitted the report to the lawyer and is currently waiting for further instructions. In another developing story, Amigo Chui is said to return to the police station this month to review the legal documents.

Because both Amigo and Elizabete accepted high-profile interviews and press conferences, it lead to the police's discontent. It is advise that they do not accept anymore interviews, discussions or talk about the issue to avoid affecting the investigation.

Natalie: I did not call Amigo

Yesterday Natalie responded to the current reports and expressed: "I did not call Amigo, I only SMS with him because earlier he pre-ordered concert tickets for me, so I wanted ask him to meet up to get the tickets. Going back and forth, we had 3-4 SMS, in the end we did not meet up. I don't know how to explain why the news ended up being like that."

Elizabete: Not for promotion

Elizabete attended a public event yesterday and when asked about her forcing Amigo to announce their relationship to the public, she threatened to jump car and jump off building? She said: "What? Jump car? Jump off building? You see that in movies. (You have any ways to threaten Amigo?) We have passed the issue to the police, I don't want to talk about it now. (Being so high profile and not working, is it worth it?) I do not understand what you mean, I feel that I have more to do, a woman getting assaulted by a man, a normal citizen will do the same (call the police). I don't feel that it is because of promotion."

Shirley Yeung's "good time" is near, picking out wedding accessories?

Last night, Shirley Yeung and Stephen Wong were guests at TVB gameshow [逐格鬥] (hosted by I Love You Boyz, Carol Cheng). Shirley was asked about the rumors that she's marrying boyfriend Gregory Lee next year and was picking out wedding accessories and baby clothing with her mother. Shirley laughed at the reports: "It's not true. My brother is going to have a baby soon, so we plan to give him new baby clothes and anklets." Not picking out wedding accessories? The time is coming? "Not related, we were just looking at baby bracelets, it is not for me. My brother is having good news soon. I'm not moving that fast, currently working on career. Will plan later." Boyfriend hasn't proposed yet? "I'm not telling. Just that I am happy for others who are having good news." Gregory's father Lee Ka Ding not asking about it? "He doesn't know if the rumors were true or not, so he didn't give me hard questions."

Edison Chen wants to get murdered for a legendary death

The other day, Edison Chen accepted magazine [GQ] exclusive interview and reveals that he "hopes to have a legendary death". He said: "maybe it sounds stupid, but I want to get killed, I don't care what method is used, on the street getting robbed or that I'm too old to walk and have to lay in the hospital then someone comes to pull my oxygen support out. I don't think this person would have a legendary death, but I want to die a legend. My death is part of my story."

Edison used "this issue" to describe the Artist Photo Scandal. He said: "If there was not this incident, I will become a megalomaniac at age 35, not knowing what is happening in the outside world, not understanding how life is. I am very happy to have this opportunity to stop and think, what is life, what is lifestyle. Through this incident, I learned who are my real friends, who are my so-called friends. Actually, I am a simple person, money does not represent everything, but I still love money. In Hong Kong, I can earn millions in a month, but in the U.S, just a few thousands could be happiness. I was thinking in life, is money making me happy? Or is it love that is making me happy? The answer is love is making me happy."

Recently, it was rumored online that when Edison held his low-profile birthday party at some hotel, a 20+ year old male threw manure at them. However, his management already denied this and said that Edison was not in Hong Kong.

Edison Chen: Repairing my computer was my biggest regret, forever friends with Nicholas Tse

Edison Chen who has not made a public appearance for a longtime accepted a interview with "GQ" magazine and mentioned about the sex scandal again. He personally revealed his feelings towards the incident. He said "Taking my computer for repair is the biggest regret of my life. The scandal taught me a lesson but I will always have a question unanswered as to why I am the bad guy? I still don't understand, even holding a press conference and apologizing. The incident needed someone to calm it down and I was willing to be that bad guy. Am I really the bad guy? No, the incident needed a scape goat and I didn't do anything bad". He also had some anger "I lost a lot of earnings last year. I even had to leave my home because I am that bad guy".

When mentioning the sex scandal, Edison refered it to "that incident". He said "That incident isn't about sex. It was a private matter. It was theft. To others it might be a sex scandal but to me its invading my privacy".

How does he rank sex, love, money and family? "Love and family are similar. Next comes money and last sex. I am a man and men in this world like sex and need love. Nowaday I believe in love.

Didn't turn Crazy or Commit Suicide

Thinking about the past, Edison found Valentines day in 2008 the most difficult time to deal with. "I was afraid to go out, I was afraid to eat. I didn't dare to do anything. I didn't leave my house for 2-3 weeks". He didn't know how the incident would turn out. "I feel I am very fortunate that I didn't turn crazy or commit suicide. I saw things through, has my life ended? No! I am still living".

Leaving Hong Kong and the entertainment field, Edison soon returned to normal life. He stated that he learned a lot about leading a normal lifestyle. He learned to iron his clothes as in the past he would command his maid to do it for him. Which would take 3 minutes. But now when he irons himself he discovered that he couldn't do it in 3 minutes.

He stressed that since the scandal brokeout his girlfriend has always been by his side. "I think she is Superwoman. She has always been supportive. If I didn't have her support I wouldn't dare to hold a press conference in Hong Kong".

Forever Friends with Nicholas Tse

Due to Cecilia in the scandal, Nicholas and Edison's friendship became awkward. But Edison stressed that they will be friends forever. "When we studied in Hong Kong International School we were very close pals. If he needed help I would definitley help him. Even till the last day of my life he will always be my friend".

Sheren Tang hopes to find someone similar to her

After Sheren Tang became TV Queen, she was interviewed and talked her feelings on losing out on the award 5 years ago. She said: "It was the year 2004 when I was nominated for Best Actress for the first time, when I questions were asked relating to me losing out, I would feel a bit disappointed. But I slowly got over it later. Now, I will tell myself: 'need to let it go, let it go, don't always look in the past or feel too much enjoyment."

As a believer, Sheren is thankful of God for the arranging her to become an actress with mission. But facing the rumors with Wayne Lai, Sheren said that the reports are false: "I admire Wayne because even if he's f not doing well, but he still loves to act. This admiration is like 4th Mistress admiring Chai Gau. (Pay attention to your love life?) I do hope to find someone similar to me. Nancy Wu & Kate Tsui dances into 2010: Talks about past year & hopes for 2010

In 2009 breaking into the music industry and releasing her debut album, Kate Tsui is satisfied with her success in the last year (2009), she hopes to continue with her 3 line industry in television, music and movies in the new year. She said: "Last year my mission was to release an album, in 2010 I might be releasing my second album; In the first half of next year, I'll focused more on filming series because last year I only had one series, luckily in the upcoming Chinese New Year, I'll have two movies going on the big screen [14 Blades] and [72 Tenants of Prosperity], hopefully it can break into the Mainland market. So the work I did in 2009 is just paving the road for 2010, hoping the year would be harvesting." Does Kate hope for a relationship in the new year? She expressed that she is not in a rush because her older sister is already married and have kids, so her parents are not rushing her to date.

Nancy Wu expressed that 2009 was a productive year for her, she had 5 series broadcast [A Chip off the Old Block], [Rosy Business], [A Wintermelon Tale], [D.I.E Again] and [A Bride for A Ride]. In 2010, she also has many series that she participated in including, [Interpol] and [Rosy Business 2]. Nancy said: "In 2008, when I participated in [Strictly Come Dancing], it was the turning point in my career. For 2010, I hope to have a second career turning point because for the [Rosy Business] sequel this year, I will have a huge villain role, having many scenes opposite of Sheren Tang. Although in the past, I have played villain and evil spirit roles, but this time I am a complete villain, truly a challenge." Asked what is her 2010 New Year resolution? She said that she hopes to be able to release an album and become a two timer artist (both music/actress).

Myolie Wu is still finding her Soulmate

Myolie Wu was at the radio station to promote her new song, Soulmate. Myolie pointed out that the song talks about how a girl spends a lifetime trying to find her 'soulmate'. When asked whether she has found her own soulmate, Myolie replied: "Still finding. It's not that easy." When questioned whether rumoured boyfriend Bosco Wong is her 'soulmate', Myolie clarified that both of them are really good friends. Myolie also revealed that she will be going to Mainland for work soon, so she's not sure whether she can return to Hong Kong for Valentines Day.

Law Kar Ying declined work to spend New Year Eve together with Liza Wang

Liza Wang and Law Kar Ying just got married this past May but they had to spend their first Christmas alone. Yesterday Law Kar Ying got back from Yinchuan to join Liza Wang in a mall to promote their coming new canton opera, "De Ling and Empress Dowager Ci Xi". Liza gave Kar Ying a pullover as Christmas present. As for Law, he brought back Chinese wolfberries from Yinchuan for Liza and he had also refused to do any type of work on new year eve so that they could be together that day. Yesterday's function attracted many opera fans, hand in hand with Kar Ying, Liza asked, " This Christmas, we didnt see each other until today. He's complaining a little right now. The sweater he's wearing now was given by me, is it nice?"

Law joked that he felt extra alert wearing that sweater. He just got back from doing a show in Yinchuan where the temperature was 16 degree below zero. He's used to working on holidays but this new year eve, he intended to spend that day with Liza. He hasn't decided what they would do that day yet. When Liza pointed out the sweater he's wearing was from one of those expensive labels, Law said, " If it's me, I wouldn't buy it". Liza retorted back, " You wouldn't know what to buy anyway." When told that Law has declined to work on new year eve in order to keep her company, Liza said, " So did I. The best thing is to stay home to rest that day as I have to do the opera soon." Their opera will be held in Hong Kong Cultural Centre from Jan 13 to 17, over 90% tickets have been sold. Even though they didn't get to spend their first Christmas together, they were still able to communicate via webcam that day.

When asked about Amigo Chui's "girlfriend assaulting" incident, Liza said Amigo seemed quite mannerly to her, " If it's true, then he's not right. Maybe he's just playing around. If it isn't real, then he should be acquitted. To me, he always seems calm and collected, not the aggressive type."

Bosco Wong and female model takes intimate photos

Bosco Wong received a 7 figure sum to be the spokesperson for eye wear brand HAMMER. Yesterday Bosco and a western female model were shooting for the promotional photos. The photographer ordered them to pose face to face for the shoot. Then the level of intimacy was brought to the next level, not only did the female model stroke Bosco's face, but she also took the initiative to put her lips near Bosco's ear, making it seem like a bed scene! Melissa Ng was once TVB's fa dan, but has retired from any on-screen performance ever since giving birth to her daughter Maegan in 2007. She has been living a carefree rich wife life, and is devoted to being a stay at home wife and mother. The cool Melissa was wearing sunglasses, and was spotted at around 5pm yesterday shopping at Central Mall.

Melissa then went into Lane Crawford to do some shopping. After looking at menswear, she then looked at womenswear. In no time, she was carrying two bags, but Melissa wasn't finished shopping yet. She then walked to the home and lifestyle section, but she was not able to find anything suitable. Melissa later left and continued to shop elsewhere.

Erica Yuen: Amigo Choi's Attitude is Very Bad

Ever since news broke out that Amigo Choi allegedly beat his girlfriend Elizabeth Kwong, he has not been seen for eight days. There were rumors that he will hold a press conference today, but Stephen Chan, who was said to be strongly defending Amigo, indicated they temporarily will not disclose any information to the public. Yesterday Erica Yuen, who once said Amigo was not able to pursue her, criticized him for his poor attitude in the past years. She even said this case of Amigo hitting his girlfriend should be included in the Starbiz Review.

Since the news surfaced, TVB has suspended all of Amigo's work, along with the Jade Solid Gold Music Awards scheduled for next month. Even his earlier recordings of Starbiz Review 2009 received 16 complaints. However, it is said that Amigo is strongly supported by Stephen Chan. Rumors had it that TVB arranged for Amigo to appear today for a press conference. Stephen announced yesterday that the company does not have plans for that as of yet. "His (Amigo) mood has not settled down yet, so he cannot come out to explain right now."

It is said that Amigo is now staying in his Beacon Hill apartments and have not left his apartment. However there are reports that while dating Natalie Tong for four years, he has been unfaithful. Other than Elizabeth Kwong, he also had alot of rumored girlfriends. Erica Yuen once pointed out that Amigo wasn't able to pursue her. As a result he complained to Stephen Chan so she could not have jobs at TVB.

Yesterday Erica attended her sister's bakery grand opening and pointed out that TVB should not broadcast Amigo's Starbiz Entertainment. "Everyone knows that it should not be broadcasted as it will harm him. I think news of him hitting his girlfriend should be included in Starbiz Review!" A rumored side of the story said Amigo was also physically injured because of Elizabeth. Erica believes Elizabeth shouldn't have to say too much, "The case is already under investigations. If she says anymore, people will think she is making it up and therefore a disadvantage for her." She asserted that she does not have contact with Amigo, "I don't know if my suspension from work is related to him, but when I was on a program with him, his attitude was extremely poor. (So he was only good when he was pursuing you?) I don't know if it's pursuing, but he once treated me very well."

Charmaine Sheh is TVB's top earner!

2009 is the year for Charmaine Sheh as she is newly crowned as TVB's highest earner, triumphing Raymond Lam!

The life of a TVB artiste is not easy. Other than having to constantly compete for awards and popularity, one also has to fight it out in being the top earner. As the 2009 draws to an end, the list of the artistes' salary for the year is also revealed.

Garnering a total of 15 million viewers for her shows, Charmaine has officially become TVB's highest earner for the year, triumphing Raymond Lam, who is in 2nd place and Michael Tse (otherwise known as "Laughing Gor"), who is in 3rd. Bernice Liu, who was in 3rd place last year, is no where to be found near the top.

With big earnings raking in, the artistes' taxes have naturally increased. An accountant revealed how much these 3 artistes have to pay up for taxes in the following year. After TVB takes away 20% commission, Charmaine is estimated to pay up HKD 2 million ($400,000) worth of taxes while Raymond needs to pay HKD1.4 million ($280,000).

It is no wonder that Raymond says that paying up taxes is a very painful matter while a more optimistic Charmaine is looking towards purchasing a flat to reward herself.

Doctor: Kenix Kwok's too skinny!

Despite being 7 months pregnant, Hong Kong actress Kenix Kwok has not gained much weight and even her doctor has commented that she is too skinny.

Kenix was spotted Christmas shopping with her husband, Frankie Lam, on the 18th of December. Donning a black coat, she looked svelte and her face was as sharp as ever. One could not tell that she was actually 7 months pregnant.

The media reported that Frankie was carefully supporting his wife and both were walking slowly and carefully. Wearing similar black coats, Kenix's only sign of pregnancy was a small swelling in her tummy area. The couple was all smiles and looked blissfully in love.

It seems that Kenix's pregnancy has sparked an improvement their relationship as it was only this year August that Frankie's affair was all over the news. One might wonder whether it was the impact of her husband's infidelity that affected her lack of weight gain.

Only two months away from her delivery date, Kenix weighs a feather-light 110 pounds and her weight is worrying. In an interview, she said, "I'm very worried. The doctor also said that I'm too skinny."

It is rumoured that she will leave the media industry to become a full-time mother.

Hong Kong artiste Simon Yam has denied spending a night with an unknown girl at a hotel in China after being spotted by the Chinese media and his wife, Qi Qi, is standing by him.

Hong Kong artiste Simon Yam has denied spending a night with an unknown girl at a hotel in China after being spotted by the Chinese media and his wife, Qi Qi, is standing by him.

Apparently, Simon flew to Hangzhou to attend a hotel opening and the Chinese media reported that he brought a girl into the hotel to spend the night. In a phone interview with the Hong Kong media, he explained that the girl was a person who was supposed to pick him up.

The China media reported that the rumour-free Simon was accompanied by a pretty Chinese companion when he attended the opening of the hotel in Hangzhou.

According to reports, Simon met up with a girl donning a woolen purple long coat at the airport and both of them went to the hotel event in a car together. When the event ended, they left together and went to another hotel to spend the night.

Simon, who is currently overseas, refuted the rumours and explained, "That girl is just someone who was supposed to pick me up. There were others as well, and the flowers they were holding were for me. The next time if someone picks me up, I will tell them not to bring flowers but fruits instead. These rumours are ridiculous!"

As for Qi Qi, her vote goes to her husband. "In my husband's eyes, there is only me and my daughter, Ella. There was a similar situation in the past where he was being interviewed by a female reporter at a café and the scene was snapped up by the media. The reporter was then termed his girlfriend!"

In jest, she also asked the reporters to enlarge the pictures, so that she could have a better look at them.

Jessica Hsuan's new boyfriend is no gentleman

Hong Kong actress Jessica Hsuan's boyfriend, South African veterinarian Ruan Bester, has been found to have a history of embezzlement and dishonest conduct, according to Hong Kong media reports.

In 2008, 35-year-old Bester opened the Royal Veterinary Centre, the biggest veterinary clinic in Macau at the time, with Faye Ho, the eldest granddaughter of Macau's 'Casino King' Stanley Ho.

However, the pair got into a serious financial dispute over ownership of the clinic and even went to court. Bester was also found to have misappropriated company funds to pay for his rent.

Bester was said to have roped in Faye Ho to open the hospital after he went through a series of unhappy incidents while working at other veterinary clinics.

Ho agreed to put up HK$5 million (S$1 million) to open the Royal Veterinary Centre with Bester because she felt he was a good vet. She would hold a 75 per cent stake in the clinic while Bester was to own the remaining 25 per cent.

However, on the day they were to sign the contract, Bester asked to increase his stake to 50 per cent but admitted he did not have the funds to do so. Ho agreed to his request, on the condition that Bester will receive no salary for the first two years, and the papers were signed.

Bester was left completely in charge of the clinic. However, Ho found irregularities in the clinic's books and wanted to engage an accountant to check the accounts but Bester refused.

Bester also complained to nurses that he was not being paid for his work despite agreeing to do so as part of his ownership deal. He allegedly boasted he would borrow funds and buy out Ho, but when he failed to secure a loan, Bester incited a strike by the clinic's nurses to force Ho to relinquish her share of the clinic.

When contacted about the matter, Ho, who is also the chairperson of Macau animal welfare group Anima, said: "This is all true but I do not wish to comment further on the issue."

Actress Jessica Hsuan met Bester four years ago at a veterinary clinic but the pair only began dating recently.

Hsuan, 39, even let slip that Bester was her first foreign boyfriend and that she saw him as a potential husband in interviews with Hong Kong newspapers.

These allegations, if they turn out to be true, may very well put the brakes on any marriage plans she might have.

Former HK actress Cherie Chung to marry a Singaporean businessman

Former Hong Kong actress Cherie Chung is set to marry a Singaporean businessman next year, according to Hong Kong media reports. Chung, 49, lost her husband of 16 years, Hong Kong advertising guru Mike Chu in 2007 to stomach cancer.

When she was in Singapore earlier this year to complete legal procedures regarding the late Chu's properties and possessions, a wealthy Singaporean businessman reportedly began courting her. They had a whirlwind romance and intend to tie the knot in Singapore some time next year.

Chung made her film debut in 1980 and left an impression on audiences with her charm and beauty. She retired after marrying Chu in 1991 and became a lady of leisure.

When her husband passed away, she was grief-stricken and became a recluse, seldom leaving her house. Her friends urged her to return to acting and take her mind off her late husband but she insisted she "was not prepared".

Recently, things had changed. She was seen heading to the market for groceries on occasion and smiled much more often. She was also spotted purchasing a lotus lantern, traditionally lit by people seeking a smooth love life or marriage.

Hong Kong media reports said she was rejuvenated by love but preferred to keep mum and downplay her love life, though she did tell her close friends her view on having a companion.

"Single life is great, but having someone to share your joy and sorrow with is a very blissful thing," Chung said.

She said "I am very happy, I did think whether I could be a singer in the past". (You have no confidence?) "No, I do enjoy singing. It is more difficult when you are an actress turned singer". Leila Tong starts work to welcome the new year

Leila Tong, Zac Koo and Barry Ip attended a Metro Broadcast Interview yesterday. Leila expressed that their stageplay will start its public performance on 1 January so they will have to welcome the new year together when they do the full dress rehearsal on New Year's Eve. When being asked if Zac Koo will bring his fiancee to the rehearsals and countdown at the same time, Zac said, "I should be asking her along. Because I have to attend a radio station countdown function after the rehearsals, I would like to bring her along. Previously she had to work on Christmas Eve, so this time we'll make up for it with New Year countdown".

Bosco Wong & Joel Chan reenacts Gary Cao using street sign to hit Justin Lo incident

Bosco Wong and Kate Tsui's TVB Chinese New Year mini series [The High Inner Eye Lover] has many scenes involving people and events in the entertainment circle. For instance, Bosco and Kate's names in the series are "Lik Sun" and "Tse On Fei" respectively and will develop a love relationship. This clearly brings up Eason Chan and Kay Tse's rumors.

Last night, Bosco and Kate along with Joel Chan were shooting on the streets of Central for a scene of fighting on a taxi. The scene resembles Gary Cao and Justin Lo's bar fighting incident that happened earlier, looks like its a clear implication of the actual incident.

At 9pm, the filming location had a taxi and Joel pretending to be Gary. Joel pulled opened the taxi door and started kicking Bosco who was in the car, then pulled Bosco out of the car.

Bosco imitated Justin covering the lower parts of his body with both of his hands while revealing a painful expression. Soon, Joel went over taking the street sign and wanted to hit Bosco with it. Bosco held onto the taxi door and kicked Joel back. This is when Kate came to the scene and shouted for them to stop, pulling them apart. She couldn't even cover her anger as she kicked Joel out of the way.

TVB counteracts refusing to interview Kay Tse

Yesterday Kay Tse attended a press conference for [Louie Castro 30th Anniversary charity concert]. Towards the reports stating that the other night at a Metro Radio event, a staff from Kay's record company refused to let TVB interview her, angering TVB. Kay expressed that the atmosphere at the time was not too awkward: "That reporter and I are in a moment of parting, we sent our blessings to one another. I temporarily cannot do interviews with them. I also feel that its a pity because they waited for a long time, I really wanted to do the interview for them." Kay also supported her colleague: "I didn't see them pulling, maybe I missed something." At the event, TVB did sent out reporters to do interviews, but didn't bother with Kay.

TVB senior manager of arts and music Mr. Chan responded to the "refuse to interview" incident expressing that before there is a settlement for the copyright issues, we cannot let the singers from the "Big 4" record companies appear on screen. TVB non-production director Mr. Ho Lai Chuen contacted Kay's record and management company complaining that he does not believe that Kay would not answer questions. This led to cultivation concerns with staff at the company.

Ron Ng's [A Chip off the Block] gets complaints for open ending

Ron Ng, Myolie Wu and Sunny Chan stars in TVB [A Chip off the Old Block], last night the finale broadcast receiving 33 points, peaking at 37 points. However, for the very last scene attracted several discussions online. TVB and BA received 2 complaints saying that they did not understand the ending and wastes audience time. Producer (Poon Ka Dak) explained, the open ending is left to the imagination of the audience, allowing them to continue discussing about what could happen.

Charmaine Sheh continues to work hard to maintain Number 1 Sister status

Due to Charmaine not receiving any awards at TVB's anniversary Award Ceremony there were rumours that claimed she had disputes with Tavia Yeung. Also both celebrities fans started attacking each other verbally. Charmaine didn't let the rumours or news get to her and she continued working hard shooting a new series. Hoping to maintain her Number 1 sister status and compete for the TV Queen award next year for the series "Here Comes the Princess.

Charmaine was shooting TVB series "Heaven and Earth" the other day. She went to a lawn cemetery in Happy Valley to shoot some scenes however mosquitoes constantly bit her. She started scratching everywhere but still smiled through the whole process. She was very professional and serious during the shoot. She appeared in black clothing and used her own handbag. When it was Cheng Chi Shing's turn to shoot, she sat at a corner and used the audio technicians equipment to listen to her previous take. She deliberately covered her legs using equipment as she was wearing a short skirt and to avoid exposing herself.

Bernice Liu appears as the Charity ambassador with her dog

Yesterday Bernice Liu took her dog to Shatin's "Christmas Charity" function where she appeared as the caring abassador to raise funds for a Vet charity association. Bernice stated that she shot a 2010 calender for the association earlier. She was recently busy shootin Ip Man the Prequel movie and a Mainland series. It was the first time she worked with Huang Yi and Du Yu Hang. The reporter asked her if she needed to learn Wing Chun? She said "No, I will be using weapons. While shooting the movie Yuen Biao taught me a lot of martial art techniques". Bernice personally doesn't know martial arts that why she has to be extra careful when using weapons. She has injuries on her arms and legs but fortunately because she has a foundation in dancing it has made her learning process more relaxing.

This Christmas Bernice went to Mainland to work. The reporter asked if she has earned less? She replied "I don't think so, perhaps because I wasn't in Hong Kong last Christmas therefore I don't see much of a difference in earnings". She expressed that due to working away from Hong Kong she had less time to see her dogs. Yet they arel very clingy when they see her.

Amigo Choi's "Starbiz Review 2009" Receives 16 Complaints

Amigo Choi's case involving alleged assault of his girlfriend Elizabeth Kwong is under investigation. Rumors had it that he is supported by TVB executive Stephen Chan and was able to host Saturday's (December 26) "Starbiz Review 2009".

As a result, TVB received 16 complaints. It seems like Amigo has to be "clean" before re-establishing the "house" image. [Meaning being able to appear on TV again]. TVB also needs to consider carefully whether he should be arranged to be on screen before the case is solved.

Last week "Starbiz Review 2009" averaged with a rating of 21 points with 1.33 million viewers, a 5-point increase from last week. In fact, before the broadcast of the show, netizens wrote on the forum that they will complain if they see Amigo. Therefore, TVB received 8 complaints, mostly complaining that Amigo should not be the host. They also received another 8 complaints that Amigo's image is not good and should not appear on screen.

On the drama end, A Chip Off The Old Block broadcasted its last episode on Sunday, averaging 33 points with a 12 point increase from last week and averaging 2.09 million viewers. However, this series also received 2 complaints about the confusing ending leading to a question of where exactly did Sunny Chan and Ron Ng go.

Never Laid a Finger on Her During their Years Together

It has already been six days since the news broke of Amigo Chui allegedly hitting his girlfriend, Elizabete Kwong. Amigo has not been seen in public since. After holding a press conference the day after the alleged attack, Elizabete has not taken further actions. There's been rumours of another version of events. However, Amigo's lawyer has advised him to keep a low profile. Amigo is more concerned with how the incident arose. Former girlfriend Natalie Tong has continued to support Amigo. After dating for many years, she's insistent that he's never laid a hand on her. She also questions Elizabete's motives and suggests she spends time reading the Bible so she can learn some of life's lessons.

Yesterday Natalie appeared at a video game function dressed like a Japanese girl. As a former girlfriend, she defended Amigo and tried to say good things to patch up his image. She said that she's received a huge Christmas present this year. [Literally meaning she's received an unpleasant surprise.] Is it a result of Amigo's bad publicity? She said that a lot of people gave her gifts.

Reporters asked Natalie if Amigo began dating his new girlfriend after they broke up, or was he seeing them both at the same time? She said that she doesn't want to bring up anything from the past. When asked again if Amigo was dating them both? She fought back tears and told them to not mention it again. When asked if she feels troubled by recent events? She said it feels like it's being played out as a tv series and everyone is anticipating on what will happen next.

Was Natalie the cause of tension between Amigo and Elizabete because she continued sending him SMS after they broke up? She fired the question back at reporters asking if they got it backwards. She said that out of politeness she will reply to other people's SMS. In short, it seemed like Natalie admitted to keeping in contact with Amigo. However, she said she doesn't need to clarify anything in regards to her ongoing relationship with him.

What does she think of Elizabete publicizing their SMS and photos? She said: "If you really love a person, then you should keep your private lives private!" Do you think she wants self promotion from this? She said that she's not sure. A relationship is meant to be kept between two people. She said: "There's lots of ways to make it on the news. Why not spend time reading the Bible instead? You can learn lots of ways to make yourself a better person. (Does Amigo need to read the Bible?) Anyone who reads the Bible will have a better sense of peace and happiness."

Natalie didn't seem to avoid the topic and even strongly supported Amigo. She said that even up to this point, she's still friends with him. She swears that she's never been hit by him in all the years she's known him. Does Amigo have a bad temper, and does he swear a lot? Natalie avoided the first question, saying that she's forgotten. However, she said that sometimes he swears for the heck of it. She hopes that Amigo can make his way back on screen. The news has been based on speculations so far, so she hopes outsiders won't be quick to make their judgement. Does she feel bad for him? She said that she doesn't want to say so much, everyone will find out the truth at some point. Is she supporting him because she hopes to reconcile? She said she won't answer these types of questions, she just wants to give him some space right now.

TVB Executive Stephen Chan was asked whether he'll give Amigo a chance to state his side of the story. He said that Amigo's lawyer has requested he remains silent for the moment. As for the public's opinion of Stephen favouring Amigo? He said: "Amigo's work has been put on hold for the moment. This is standard procedure, we are not favouring him." Has Amigo expressed his worries about his future? Stephen said that he hasn't mentioned it. He is more concerned with why this has happened. He's also bothered by how much trouble he has caused the company.

Amigo Chui cut from [JSG] & [My Name Is Pong] cancelled

[ORIENTAL DAILY] Amigo Chui recently have been involved with in a case of assaulting his girlfriend Elizabete Kwong. The incident had attracted great attention from the public, giving opinions. Tonight TVB program [娛樂十大奇案] will broadcast and initially Amigo's parts were to be cut out of the episode, but because of the challenge in doing so, the production crew had decided to not edit it. However, Amigo's two hosted shows [JSG] and [My Name Is Pong] were not able to escape unharmed.

It was said that starting January 2010, [JSG] will get cut from being the host, while one of Stephen Chan's most loved Patrick Tang will replace him. Initially [My Name is Pong] had a long road left, but now it cannot stay as the show will be canceled mid-January. In February, a whole new talkshow will replace it. Also, Prudence Liew who is under Universal Music label is going to get cut from hosting [The Voice] due to the copyright issues with HKRIA.

Amigo thanks his fans for their support

[MINGPAO] Although Amigo has been crowned the new generation "cheap man" by Netizens. One Netizen expressed their anger, wanting to kick Amigo out completely, wanting him to disappear from the television screen. On discussion forums, Netizens criticized that if TVB General Manager Stephen Chan favors Amigo and let him continue to appear on screen, they will all send in complains to the Broadcast Authority. Artists in the entertainment circle should all draw a line with Amigo, letting him suffer.

Despite all the negative comments, Amigo still has supporters. Besides having ex-girlfriend Natalie Tong and Stephen Chan's support, Amigo also had a group of loyal fans. Michael Tao's ex-wife holding hands with new love on Christmas Eve

After Michael Tao and ex-wife Wong Wai Bo divorced, it had always been rumored that they were getting back together. Every time Michael is asked if he's reconciling with his wife, he would frankly say that the two still keep in touch. However, last night on Christmas Eve, [Wong] and a local designer Henry who is said to be her new love were spotted at a bar in Central celebrating the holidays. The two left the bar at 2-3am hand in hand, but when the two discovered that there were reporters, Henry quickly covered his face and brushed off Wong's hand. Amigo Chui arrested for beating girlfriend Elizabete Kwong, cries: Life threatened!

Amigo Chui recently been suspected in beating his young model girlfriend Elizabete Kwong. Yesterday he was officially arrested by the Police for investigation and was released after being bailed out for further inquiries. He has always been heavily supported by TVB, this time the incident will really damaged his image, TVB immediately stopped all his current jobs and his great reputation is over! Yesterday the victim Elizabete held a press conference and talked about the assault in detail. To prove that she was not the third party, she said that Amigo had slapped her while drunk before, wrote her a love letter and sent her sweet SMS. She also expressed that she felt the situation was intimidating and life-threatening, therefore she called the police.

Amigo has not revealed himself to he public since the incident, last night Elizabete reported the case at the Wan Chai Police Station. According to sources, it was said that Amigo was invited to the police station for interrogation thereafter. A police representative later confirmed that they arrested a 30 year old male for an assault case. After investigation, he was bailed out and is to report back to the station in January for further investigations.

Elizabete claimed that Amigo had written a love letter and sent her sweet SMS at the press conference. In the SMS, Amigo wrote: "I love you. Holding you daily, holding hands is like flying in the sky. You are my cute girl." Amigo called himself "Big King". One of the messages mentioned ex-girlfriend Natalie Tong: "I am drunk, my ex sent me a SMS!"

"Pushed to the ground, Kicked into the mirror"

Elizabete showed her injuries to the Media, she said: "Last night (12/22) my boyfriend beat me. (Your boyfriend is Amigo Chui?) Yes. I suspect that he has a hot temper personality. At the time we were in the room, he pushed me to the ground, I wanted to run, but he locked the doors. He pushed me again and used his legs to kick me into the mirror. I felt like I was choking, I called for help. He snatched my phone and wanted to delete the pictures because he didn't want me to expose our relationship. After deleting the photos, he threw the phone back at me and asked me for my camera, I gave it to him." Then, she left and Amigo's brother was also in the house at the time. Asked again if she wanted to break up? She said that she has never mentioned it, it is Amigo who wanted to delete the pictures and lost control. Earlier when they had an argument, he wanted to break up, but then quickly reconciled. This time will they turn around and be okay again? She expressed that she is currently very confused.

Asked if Amigo had beat her before? She admitted: "One time Amigo was drunk and slapped her, then said that he will never do it again. I believed him, couldn't believe now.... (Was he drunk last night?) No. (Do you think he is very violent?) I didn't know, but can say that! But his personality is a little rough, usually when we argue he would use foul language. (Are you going to sue him?) I don't know." Her manager Frankie said that it is not convenient for her to say if they will have a private settlement and not to go court.

Elizabete expressed that she announced this incident to the public because someone said threatening words to her. The statement she gave the police, she cannot reveal it. Usually Amigo's attitude, is it like two different people? She said: "Kind of like that, but love is blind. I believed that he would change, after this incident, I will be more cautious on getting to know people."

When asked about her relationship with Amigo, are they living together? Elizabete said no, they were just meeting up! Amigo and her started dating on August 29th, at the time Amigo and Natalie Tong had already broken up. He showed her the break up SMS, and has seen his parents, she strongly stressed that she is not the third person. Her mother has seen Amigo before and praised that he was polite.

Hosting jobs replaced and canceled, until incident is clarified

TVB executive producer (Ho Lai Cheun) expressed that they are going to stop all Amigo Chui's current work until the Police clarifies the incident. He said: "Tonight (12/23) Praisley Wu will be responsible for [JSG]. Recording for [My Name is Pong] has been canceled, fortunately there are still episodes in storage that could be used. However, the show was scheduled to end next year, will have to see how the issue develops first because the show still has Amigo's name in it, which is the greatest impact. As for [Scoop], he will be replaced. He had always been hosting for [JSG], there still needs to be further discussions to see who is good candidate to replace him. First Amigo's incident needs to be clarified." Will TVB continue to let Amigo be on TV? He continued to say: "No, have to let him focus on the situation and focus on handling it. Until the police investigations are done and says he's fine, he will need to be on break. Don't want him to be troubled." Will there be a program arrangement to clarify the truth? "No, TVB does not like to use these things as news, there is no such style."

After the press conference, Elizabete immediately went to the nearby doctor's office with her manager for treatment . Because Elizabete originally had a headache for two days and adding on to the incident last night which caused her not to feel well, she had already visited the doctor for a check up before. Today, she is going for treatment.

Oriental Daily asked about Elizabete's medical report from her doctor. It said: "alleged assault with multiple injuries to right neck; back; both upper limbs and both knees." She now needs therapy and was prescribed medication to help her recover.

Kate Tsui kisses Ron Ng, he complains

Yesterday Kate Tsui accepted a radio interview by Metro and talked about what kind of guys she likes to kiss the most. Kate reveals that one time she had a kiss scene with Ron Ng and he complained. She said: "He complained that I had too much lipstick on, making his lips full of lipstick." Kate have kissed several different guys while filming, she smiled and said that the best ones to kiss are the ones with thick lips. She is most afraid to kiss guys who have too much facial hair, but if her co-star is like the glamorous Johnny Depp, then that's a different story.

Maggie Cheung Man Yuk secretly engaged

Maggie Cheung and German architect boyfriend Ole Scheeren often appear together as a very loving couple. Yesterday a Netizen exposed news on their blog that Maggie and Ole secretly got engaged at a Beijing hotel on Christmas Eve. Parents of both sides were present as witnesses.
