Yesterday Charmaine Sheh's lawyer went to high court on her behalf to file a case suing 3 Weekl> for defamation. The case stated that on February 11th of this year 3 Weekly published Issue #540 with contents defaming Charmaine Sheh. The cover story was entitled: "Charmaine Sheh & Moses Chan secret meeting, Bernice Liu finds out at Hotel". Also on 3 Weekly website, another similar news article was published and was equally as defamatory. As the plaintiff Charmaine requested that the high court issue a probation against the defendants Ngai Sei Hoi & Lai Wing Investment Company, preventing the two defendants from making similar remarks and seeks a claim against the defendants.
