Estimated to have 700 employees by year end
CTI chairman Ricky Wong expressed the government is wrapping up with the procedures of issuing him a free-to-air television license. He has confidence he can get the approval for the license and hopes to have stock up on many TV series productions to start the new station. Currently, there are over 300 employees in CTI which includes both artists and behind-the-scenes crew. It is estimated that there will be 700 employees by the end of the year and 100 university graduates have been recruited for training on scriptwriting and directing.
