herming Yiu and her boyfriend Alan Ng haven't formally registered for marriage yet, but are already holding their wedding banquet first. Yesterday the couple hosted 30 tables at the Ritz Carlton Hotel inviting friends and family. Sherming appeared in a sexy deep-V wedding dress and revealed her 'career line'. Her dress was accompanied by jewelry and accessories valued over HK$5 million and also her flashy 1.5 carat wedding ring. Sherming reveals she'll be holding another 100 table 'poon choi' banquet on the 29th and then the couple will be heading to Las Vegas to register for marriage.

Yesterday the bridesmaids was made up of the group called 'Precious Five Sisters' -- Toby Leung, Janet Chow, Margaret Chung, Angela Tong and Charmaine Sheh. Pinky Cheung and Emily Kwan, along with many others attended in low-cut dresses as well. Other guests that attended included Eric Tsang, Alex Fong (Chun Sun), Annie Man, Timmy Hung, Cutie Mui and Evergreen Mak.

That afternoon, during the 'bride pickup' ceremony, Angela Tong was very fierce, first putting packing tape on Alan's underarms and then vigorously pulled the tape off, helping him remove his underarm hair and then she put 'fur tape' around Alan's mouth. The situation was quite miserable for Alan. Later, she put a bunch of Sherming's photos on the ceiling and wanted Alan to go up on kiss each one of them.

Alan directly said he's suffering the maximum mistreatment: "So miserable, I still have to chug down a drink that contains sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, wasabi, wine and bananas." Sherming was asked if she feels heartbroken seeing this? She said: "Its OK. That's how he'll know how to cherish me, it's not that easy to marry me! (Any plans to have children?) I can at anytime. (You're pregnant?) I hope so too. If I do, I fear I won't able to keep the secret for 3 months before announcing the good news to everyone!"

Sherming was asked if she's worried her husband might get 'tortured' again at the next wedding banquet? She said: "So, we have to get Angela Tong drunk as soon as possible, then nothing will happen. (Tell Chin Kar Lok to come?) I invited him too, but he has to work. I'm truly worried without him here. If he's here too, Angela may not be as crazy, and be more of a nice girl."

Sherming exposed earlier she treated her "Precious Five Sisters" on a trip to Taiwan, when asked if they visited the 'cowherd inn' (men brothel)? She said: "No, Charmaine knows too many people." Sherming expressed she and her husband have been dating for several years and have consensus, the most important is to understand how to tolerate the weaknesses of one another and to mutually admire the strengths.

Angela did everything she could to 'torture' the groom Alan, when asked if she's worried they might take revenge on her? She said: "Does it have to be that serious as to take revenge? Soon to be bride, Sherming Yiu has less than 10 days left before she ties the knot with her boyfriend (Alan Ng). For the big day, the couple went to Kyoto, Japan for their wedding photo shoot. This year the delay of the cherry blossom blooming had once worried Sherming as she had to postpone the photo shoot to early April. She said: "First, we had to wait until Japan announces the date of the cherry blossoms bloom before we can book our flight. Second, its hard to book air tickets during the Easter holiday, so we just had to go to Japan a few days earlier and enjoy ourselves before taking the photos on the very last day of the trip!"

Sherming revealed the next day after they arrived in Japan, they encountered the strongest rainstorm in that area since 1959. She recalls: "I have never seen such a strong rainstorm, we were being pushed by the storm on the streets, so we always stayed indoors, didn't dare to go out!" She also reveals that at the time she was very worried the photo shoot couldn't happen, but fortunately a beautiful day was given to the couple on the day of their shoot: "However, when we were shooting by the seaside, the temperatures were nearly 0 degrees, very cold!"

It is the nature of women to love beauty. To look her best, Sherming set herself a goal to lose 13 pounds before the photo shoot, but in the end she was only able to lose 7 pounds. She laughed: "I could have reached my goal, but because of the delay and all the food I ate in Japan, it all backfired. Luckily, I didn't look too fat in the photos." Sherming disclosed the reason why the wedding photos were done in Japan, aside from the romantic feeling of cherry blossoms, Alan also proposed to her in Japan. So, it is very meaningful to the couple: "The wedding photos are once in a lifetime, must capture the beautiful memory."

Sherming Yiu announced today that she will be marrying her boyfriend Alan Ng Chun Hong on April 26, 2012 wrapping up their 8 year romance. Sherming and her fiance Alan went to shoot their wedding photos indoors at Cyberport on the forth day of Lunar New Year. She felt greatly disappointed: "Today I initially planned to do the wedding photo shoot outdoors, but its too cold out, so we could just stay indoors." Sherming reveals she will be visiting Japan in April and do another wedding photo shoot with the Cherry Blossoms. She frankly said: "This wedding photography company thought I told them I was going to be married April of next year, but when they learned its April of this year, they were frightened and said the schedule is tight." When asked why she's in such a hurry, does April 26th have a special meaning? She said: "The hotel I liked didn't have any openings even in the earlier several months, so later they gave me a few dates to choose from and I chose the 26th because it is our remembrance day. In fact, June 26th is our actual remembrance day, but unfortunately June is too hot."

A touching, but funny wedding proposal

When speaking of the marriage proposal, Sherming laughed: "At the time, I was shooting the travel show with Eric Tsang and them in Japan. Then, I stayed there for a few more days, that day it was our remembrance day, and he came to find me in Japan. Actually, I already felt something was wrong, why would his friends tag along with us for dinner on our remembrance day? Later, he showed me a video and it was a video Alan personally made. He was looking for the letters that made up 'Will You Marry Me'. After watching it, he proposed to me, but I didn't even cry yet and he already started crying himself. Although it was really funny, I was still very touched."

As for the wedding, Alan's younger sister will be the maid of honor, but Sherming has a very flourishing group of bridesmaid. She expressed her bridesmaid are basically the same members from Toby Leung's wedding, including Angela Tong, Charmaine Sheh and Annie Man. Sherming also exposed that Annie Man competed with her to marry first, and Timmy Hung will be marrying Janet Chow in March, so she'll be the last one in line. Sherming also laughed and said she may have lost the race in getting married, but she will fight to be the first in having a baby. As for her fiance is a village man, does the elders from his family want her to have more children or maybe have a boy? Alan made himself clear: "Does not matter. I feel two children is enough, one boy, one girl." Sherming said: "I want a girl, so I can help her dress up, but if possible, I do want a boy and a girl. It's best to have twins!"
