Former actress Isabella Leong might have split from businessman Richard Li, but the latter had promised to take care of his sons' welfare, since they're members of the Li family.

Furthermore, the children's grandfather Li Ka-Shing misses them a lot.

Last week, the Hong Kong media reported that Isabella had secretly returned to Hong Kong and had met up with her friends.

While it was rumored that she brought her sons along with her, no one knew if that was true because Isabella did a good job of hiding her tracks.

However, a few days ago, Li Ka-Shing was spotted at a hotel with bodyguards. The entourage went past the hotel's entrance twice before they entered the building and headed upstairs. Li emerged five hours later, looking happier.

Therefore, the media speculated that Li might have met Isabella and his three grandsons.

The latest photo spread featuring singer-actress Isabella Leong in a flattering curve was released online Tuesday, April 12.

According to Taiwan's NOWnews, the photo shoot may be an attempt by the 22-year-old actress to return to the entertainment circle.

This February, Leong ended her relationship with wealthy Hong Kong bachelor Richard Li, son of billionaire Li Ka Shing. She gave birth to their eldest son Ethan Li in 2009 and a pair of twin boys in 2010.

Rumors never ended following their official split-up announcement earlier this year. Media reports say Leong will fly to Hong Kong this month to throw a birthday party for her eldest son and probably meet with Li to ask for an alimony payment.

It also has been reported that Leong will be the female lead in director Tsui Hark's new film project "Detective Dee: The Prequel."

Several days after Isabella Leong announced her split with Richard Li, it has been a hot topic among the public. Last night, Richard finally broke his silence. He clarified the several million 'break up fee' rumor, that it's purely fabricated. His relationship with Isabella does not involve money.

On February 26th, Isabella announced the split with Richard and that for 2011 she's stepping into a new height in life. The issue stirred up some excitement in the public, it was rumored that Richard pushed their three sons to Isabella and gave her $30 million as a 'break up fee'. Recently there was a new 'quoted price' rising to more than HK$40 million. Regarding the reason to the split, there are many speculations that there is a third person, including Mandy Lieu and Mainland beauty contest contestant (Zhao Ya Qi).

Yesterday Richard issued a 300 character statement clearly clarifying and explaining all the rumors. He explained that he never met the rumored third persons Mandy Lieu or Zhao.

In the statement, Richard expressed it's about the heart, not the money. He also mentioned that the split was "heart breaking" and "painful". He said the so-called 'break up fee' and 'third persons' were all fabricated news. Towards these false reports, he will not respond. In order to protect his family, he vows to take legal action.

As the public is concerned that the 3 children will be affected by the split of their parents. Richard expressed that he and Isabella will strive their best to take care of their children together, giving them the best environment for their growth.

Isabella's spokesperson expressed during an interview that since Isabella's break up announcement, there has been constant rumors going around, the reports are getting crazier and crazier. The spokesperson said: "Since Richard and Isabella fell in love to deciding to foster the next generation and finally to ending their relationship, there was just too many course of events that occurred in between. It's not an issue about a third person as the rumor says. Currently, both of them are heart broken, they decided to provide an explanation to the public, but are constantly bothered by the false reports, it's unfair to them. They are basically forced into a wall, feeling unhappy." About the break up fee rumor, the spokesperson expressed that they are a pair of past lovers, why is the public keep insisting that money has to do with it? Isabella needs time to calm down, she is grateful to the people who gave her encouragement for a comeback, but she currently does not have the mood to consider that.

Now that Isabella is 'released', Filmmaker Shi Nan Sun expressed she has interest to invite Isabella back to shoot a film.

She bore Richard 3 sons and back then people felt that it was unfortunate she retired.

When everyone thought Isabella is spending a life of happiness with carrying 3 sons, she suddenly announced her split with Richard the day before. The news shocked the entertainment circle. Filmmaker Shi Nan Sun once collaborated with Isabella in the film Missing. She expressed that she has interest in collaborating with Isabella again, praising that Isabella has the potential and is a hard working person: "She has the looks, temperament and characteristics do not exist in the market. (Do you have interest in producing a film of Isabella's story?) Well no, in fact this girl has great potential, many roles suit her. However, she just had something happen in her life, so I won't ask her now. Wait until she really does make a comeback, then I will naturally go find her!" As for Isabella and Richard's relationship was not able to have a happy ending, Shi frankly said she does not have too much feeling on that because life is a personal choice. After giving birth to Richard Li’s son, Ethan, last year, Isabella Leong Lok Chi had a pair of boy twins in June 2010 again. Recent rumors claim that Isabella may marry Richard in August. Dispelling these rumors, Isabella’s representative said, “Isabella is still Ms. Leong. Although not married into the Li family, Isabella is living very happily.”

Hong Kong women have envied the modern Cinderella stories of twenty-seven-year-old, Cathy Tsui Chi Kei, and twenty-two-year-old, Isabella Leong. After Cathy married billionaire heir, Martin Lee, she gave birth to two daughters. In the pursuit of delivering a male heir to the Lee family’s fortune, perhaps Cathy will need to continue to be a baby-making machine. In contrast, despite giving birth to three sons, Isabella still remains unmarried.

Isabella is currently resting in San Francisco , USA after giving birth to twin boys last month. According to tabloid reports, Richard’s father, Li Ka Shing, was extremely grateful towards Isabella for delivering three male heirs and approved of the marriage between Richard and Isabella. Another tabloid report claimed that Mr. Li wanted to fly to San Francisco to visit the twin boys, but had to reschedule due to his work load.

In response to recent marriage rumors, Isabella’s representative said, “Isabella Leong is grateful towards the public’s concern. She will not respond to personal matters.” (Is Ms. Isabella currently married to Richard Li?) “No, she is still Ms. Leong.”

According to Isabella’s friends, she does not have any plans to return to Hong Kong yet. An inside source said, “There are no plans for marriage yet. Isabella is not concerned about a marriage certificate. As long as two people are happy together, that is fine. Since giving birth to three sons, everyone within the Li family are very happy.”

“Over the last three years, many producers wanted to cast Isabella in their films. Since she is busy taking care of her three sons, she will not consider making a comeback to the entertainment industry.”

With three sons, the Li family will no longer have to worry about having no one to 'carry on the line'.

According to reports, 22-year-old former actress Isabella Leong gave birth to a pair of male twins earlier last month.

Although Isabella and hubby Richard Li, son of billionaire Li Ka-shing, are not formally married, her place as young mistress has been secured since giving birth to their first son in April last year.

Back then the whole Li family was very public in sharing their joy, distributing happy family photos to the media.

Yet when news of Isabella's pregnancy broke in early March this year, the family was markedly quiet and avoided giving details to the media.

According to reports, Isabella's billionaire hubby, even dropped his work to accompanying her in San Francisco.

The exhilarated father of three could hardly contain his joy when he got back to Hong Kong, notifying good friends of the good news.

When contacted, Isabella's spokesperson said that there is nothing they can reveal now.

"I have no instructions, so there's nothing I can show you."

Isabella Leong gave birth to Richard Li's son last April and named him Ethan Li Cheung Chi. Since then she has been mainly focusing on caring for her child. Recently a magazine exposed that she is 3 months pregnant again with their second child, even though she is not married to him. It claimed that Li Ka Shing organised her to stay in Hong Kong while she was pregnant and arranged specific meals for her in order for her to have a healthy baby.

Photographer and film-maker Wing Shya let slip that Richard Li might have secretly married former actress Isabella Leong, mother of his eight-month-old son Ethan.

Shya, 46, told Chinese reporters on Wednesday that he had shot Li and Leong's wedding photos when Leong returned to Hong Kong from San Francisco with her son in December last year.

Shya knew Leong even before she entered the entertainment industry and became good friends while working together on numerous magazine and movie poster projects.

"Actually the point was not to take the photos but to see an old friend. I'm happy for her. She got married and gave birth to a son," said Shya.

As though realising he had committed a faux pas, Shya immediately backpedaled.

"I should not talk about her, it is too sensitive, I promised her I wouldn't bring it up," he said. "No, it should be she had a child but hasn't gotten married yet."

Despite seeing Li, chairman of Hong Kong telecommunications giant PCCW, for over two years, Leong and Li had not tied the knot as the Li family objected to Leong's modest background, profession and her low education level.

However, the situation has changed since Leong gave up her acting career, went to study English in Stanford University and most importantly, bore the Li family a male heir.

Leong's recent return to Hong Kong with her son was rumoured to have two main purposes: to let Ethan meet his grandfather, billionaire Li Ka Shing, and to discuss her nuptials with Richard Li.

With Leong a changed woman and Li Ka Shing reportedly very fond of grandson Ethan, it would not be surprising if Shya's slip of the tongue turned out to be true.

Isabella Leong and Hong Kong's wealthiest man Li Ka Shing's son Richard Li had been in love and on April 26th of this year, Isabella bore him a son. Because Richard was afraid that Isabella and his son would get harassed and the H1N1 outbreak, he made arrangements for them to live in Mainland. Richard responded saying: "I thank every one of the Media friends for their concern. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
