Gigi Leung attended the "City of organic day" activity in Chater Garden yesterday. She revealed that she has thought about being a farmer. Gigi disclosed that she has applied to turn her roof into a site for growing organic vegetables. After harvest, she can share the vegetables with the other residents. Gigi told reporters she likes riding bicycle and doesn't turn on the air conditioning at home to save energy. Talking about the divorce between Ah Sa and Ronald, Gigi felt sorry for them. She believes everyone has his own story, she hopes they can pick themselves up quickly so that they can start concentrating in their work. Gigi also believes Ah Sa and Ronald intended to announced their marriage to the media, but during the process, that got found out.
Gigi was asked whether she would announce her marriage in future? Gigi said since people are so good of finding out secret nowadays, there is no need to hide it. She prefers to let everyone know if she is married. That way, she can enjoy a happy marriage life. She went on to say "I owe it to myself and it is important to me. I want to enjoy every minute and second of my marriage life. There is no reason to scarify my time just to cover up. I feel sorry for them." Gigi said Ah Sa was right by saying that as an artist, you don't have any privacy and marriage is a private matter. Gigi respects how Ah Sa deals with this issue. She reckons as an artist, whether you are married or not, it shouldn't affects how people view the work that you are doing.
