Yesterday the ICAC formally charged TVB General Manager Stephen Chan and three other people in connection with corruption and conspiracy to defraud of TVB's business deals. As many artists were invited to take part in the the public events involved in the case, there is a high possibility that these artists will have to testify in court. To avoid artists revealing the contents of the case, yesterday TVB issued a statement that artists are to keep their mouths shut and cannot talk about the case to outsiders.
