Michael expressed that he has noticed the news from the newspapers, no matter who is the boss, the most important part is the employee benefits. He said: "Most important to get a raise. Boss investing in more resources, the better quality our programs will be. Doing a little more for the Hong Kong Television business, there needs to be improvements in all situations." Michael felt that it's a good thing for the TV scene to have 5 TV stations next year, can make the industry more vibrant.
