Yesterday Wayne Lai, Sheren Tang and Susan Tse were guests for the ribbon-cutting ceremony to a new furniture store. Recently, Wayne has been actively earning extra income, but he reveals that because that last half year he was busy shooting series, his income may possibly be less than last year, so now he's working on earning more. Wayne reveals that he has always wanted to own a single family home: "The ones I looked at needed at least HK$20 million, I haven't saved enough. If I purchased one later in Kowloon Tong then that would be good because now the prices rise pass 10 million. At the time I sold it for 8 million. I haven't really ever profited much from buying homes."
Wayne felt that this year's TV Queen battle is between Sheren and Charmaine Sheh. Sheren expressed: "Thank you all for the love, that means I already got half of the award, then let me prepare half of my outfit to attend the anniversary first. How about this year we add two more award categories, then no need to fight!" Speaking of the recent rumors that Sheren earned 4 million from shooting a Mainland series? She said: "Sometimes they say I have no jobs, sometimes they say I earned 4 million. Just don't harm me and have the Tax Bureau come after me." Susan expressed that
