Kate Tsui was a guest performer at real estate company MIDLAND HOLDINGS's anniversary banquet last night. When speaking of the recent exposure that she's in fact a rich lady owning a luxury home in Sha Wan, Kate said: "The home belongs to my mother. I want to buy a home for myself, but the housing prices are so high now. It is not easy to buy one." She has been striving hard to save enough money for the down payment by controlling herself from spending too much on new clothes. This year, Kate estimates she will be busy shooting TVB series for the majority of the year and may not be able to make some extra money in Mainland.
