Moses admitted he will refuse nobody when it comes to taking photos, he said: "I am not sure what is going on, but usually when I'm out shopping or eating, there will be citizens coming up to me for pictures. It's a very casual thing and I personally don't mind at all. I feel we can draw in the gap.
