They gave him two options, one was to change his ticket to economy class and the difference would be refunded, or he transfers to another airline.

Bosco said although the ground crew at the airport were friendly, but the sudden change really caught him off guard as he had to run crazily to catch his new flight. Yesterday, Bosco arrived in Shanghai safe and sound.
