For a less grieving memorial service, Jacqueline made many arrangements before her passing. She wanted her favorite Gospel song Return Home (回家) played during the service. This was to tell everyone she had just return to Heaven and that they do not need to cry. The remembrance book Grace Used Enough (恩典夠用) was also centered around the optimistic positive theme and made up of entirely happy photos of Jacqueline with her family and friends during her lifetime. The first page printed Jacqueline's 'My Golden Phrase': "God has his beautiful intentions for everything. No matter what troubles there are, it is all just happiness with makeup on!" She hoped this phrase would comfort her family and friends' grief. Her husband (Lau Chi Man), wrote a farewell message to Jacqueline in the book using English. Aside from strongly complementing that Jacqueline is someone in his heart that gives him beautiful light day after day, he frankly expressed losing Jacqueline made him feel lost, heartbroken and alone.
At the service, Sheren Tang was the only guest arranged to give a eulogy. Yesterday it was rumored when Jacqueline got married, she once gave all of the jewelries used for her marriage to Sheren and Monica Chan. Once complemented Jacqueline as an angel, denied without hesitation: "No, that's made up!" Sheren reveals she visited her before: "Earlier I visited her, the final time was while I was shooting Beauty at War. I had a day off one day, so I went with my mother to visit her in Singapore, at the time she was still doing well. (Any final words from her?) Usually we have a lot to chat about, nothing special. (Any final wishes?) Hope everyone believes in God. Jacqueline depended on Christianity to get out of the fear of death, very courageous." At this point, Sheren already started crying, then she said sobbing: "Jacqueline able to live this long, it is already a miracle after miracle. When we first heard she was ill, we were very hurt, but we didn't know how to feel grief because at the time she was still so spiritually active." Sheren said Jacqueline continuously did charity work during her lifetime, like in Hualien city Taiwan and holding events at the food bank.
