It has been a year since Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung separated, but to maintain a warm family for their kids, Nic and Cecilia often meet up and spend time together. Yesterday the two met up once again with Quintas for Lucas' parents day at school.

Yesterday the international school that Lucas is attending held a parents day and therefore allowed the ex-couple to briefly 'reconcile'. The family of four were spotted together! Yesterday at noon, Nicholas drove the 7-seater van to Cecilia's residence, picked her and his two sons up and the family went straight to school. When the family arrived at the school, Nic was dressed casually and when he saw reporters, he kindly greeted them.

Nic reveals Lucas really wants him and Cecilia to get back together. Yesterday at the parents day, it was the best opportunity, Lucas became his parents' little middleman. Although Cecilia and Nic often get together after the divorce, this is the first time the media got a family photo since the divorce announcement! Nic was initially walking Lucas into the school, but suddenly turned around and politely asked reporters if he could borrow the camera and long lenses: "Initially I wanted the camera on my iPhone, but it's too far. It was reported that Cecilia and Nicholas have been noncommittal regarding their reconciliation, however both sides have changed for each other. Currently on vacation for 2 months, Nicholas even abstained from his long-time habit of playing computer games for cooking instead.

Cecilia acted low-key and did not discuss the reconciliation rumors, while concentrating on caring for their two sons. Changing from her normal preferences, Cecilia was photographed in mainland China purchasing some discount goods. Cecilia even received some western cooking advice from Nicholas, who found recent joy in cooking. Nicholas Admits Spending Night at Cecilia’s House

Actually Pak Chi and her manager's New Asia Entertainment + Cecilia Cheung Workshop earlier opened in Hong Kong. That day she led ten employees in the opening ceremony. In order to increase employee morale and improve their relationships, she threw in six figures for the employees to play a lucky drawing for cash prize. Pak Chi's workshop design was simple and even faced the race track.

Life must go on for Cecilia Cheung.

Her family wants the newly single actress to fall in love and marry again.

"My sister is heartbroken after her divorce (from actor Nicholas Tse)," reveals her brother Cheung Pak Man. "But my family hope she'll learn to love again."

Asked if Cecilia is afraid of marriage, he adds, "She's sad that her marriage has fallen apart. But I don't think she will hate marriage because of that."

The newly divorced Cecilia Cheung sought solace in fellow divorcee Christy Chung at an award show in Beijing recently.

The two were seated side by side and acted like BFFs throughout the show, chatting animatedly. At one point, Chung was seen holding Cheung’s hands, while Cheung showed her cell phone to Chung. Maybe they were exchanging tips of raising kids?

Celebrity couple Nicholas Tse Ting-fung and Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi have officially announced they are divorcing following months of speculation their five-year marriage is on the rocks.

In a joint statement, Tse and Cheung said they will have joint custody of their two sons, four-year-old Lucas and one- year-old Quintus.

"We, Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi and Nicholas Tse Ting-fung, formally announce that we decided to divorce due to differences in personality. We have peacefully reached an agreement on the divorce matter," they said in the statement, dated Friday and released yesterday.

"We will have joint custody of our two children. Their happy growth will be our main consideration in all matters."

They said some media reports about their marriage break-up are inaccurate and they reserve the right to pursue all necessary steps. They appealed to the media not to speculate further on the separation.

The statement made no mention of how they will share their wealth.

They extended their "heartfelt gratitude" to those who expressed concern about them and their families.

Media organizations were also urged to particularly leave their children alone, so that the toddlers can grow up out of the spotlight.

They said they will not respond to further questions about the divorce.

News of their marriage difficulties first surfaced in May after actress-singer Cheung reportedly took photos with singer-actor Edison Chen Koon-hei on a Hong Kong-bound flight.

There were suggestions that Cheung's relationship with Tse had already turned sour before May, and that the Chen incident made it unsalvageable.

Explicit photos of Cheung taken by Chen were leaked to the public in a 2008 sex-photo scandal that also involved celebrities such as Gillian Chung Yan- tung, Bobo Chan Man-woon and Rachel Ngan Wong-sze.

Chen announced in February 2008 he was taking indefinite leave from the entertainment industry, but he resumed his work late last year.

Many people praised Cheung's bravery for breaking her silence about a year after the sex-photos scandal came to light, so her widely reported move to initiate a photo opportunity with Chen in May when they came across each other on the flight to Hong Kong struck many as a stark contradiction.

Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung had wanted to mend her broken marriage with her estranged husband Nicholas Tse on their eldest son's birthday.

However, things did not go as planned.

Cecilia had booked two banquet halls on Aug 1 -- one to celebrate Lucas's birthday, the other to discuss divorce details with Nicholas.

It is believed that Nicholas brought along five lawyers that day, while Cecilia was accompanied by two solicitors. The group reportedly took 12 hours to discuss the terms of their divorce.

An insider spilled contents of the discussion, saying that Cecilia "wanted to live with her two children and Nicholas was agreeable to that".

"However, he set many conditions for Cecilia to follow. Cecilia said she did not want alimony, because she felt that the children belong to them both. She asked Nicholas to contribute to their boys' education," he added.

The pair was said to be finalising their divorce in a year.

Cecilia recently signed on to New Asia Entertainment Group for eight years at a whopping price of HK$480 million (S$75 mil), to prove that she was not interested in Nicholas's money.

A production house would be set up under her name, and Cecilia would be marketed as an artiste, producer and owner. The company was said to resemble Nicholas's production company Chao Ting and is believed that the couple would continue their battle on the business front.

"Cecilia said that she will not take a single penny from the Tse family. All she wanted is her two children," Cecilia's new manger Yu Yu Xing said recently.

Commenting on the lucrative contract terms, Yu Xing expressed, "This is confidential. Cecilia is a worthy investment. I believe she would be able to bring in profits in the future."

In other related news, Nicholas appeared at the Hong Kong airport at 9am yesterday, to travel to China, where his new drama series would be shot. When probed by the media, the actor merely smiled but did not make a comment.

Replying to rumours, which said that the pair might be giving their marriage another try, Nicholas' manager Mani Fok said, "Everything would be resolved very soon."

Despite being separated, Cecilia is still chalking up expenses on estranged husband's credit card. Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung's five years marriage may be heading to an end, but it looks like she is having a hard time coming to terms with it. Nicholas had sent the divorce papers to Cecilia three times now, but the actress has refused to sign them.

She is also reportedly still using his credit card for her own expenses. This despite receiving a million-dollar paycheck for a 10-day shoot to participate in Raymond Wong's All's Well, Ends Well 2011.

An insider revealed that apart from their children and family spending, there were also bills for dresses, meals, and gift baskets; some were even for expenses incurred during her shoot in China.

Nicholas is reportedly worried about Cecilia's tendency to trust people easily. The actress is believed to have once paid an inflated cost of HKD$200,000 (SGD$31,000) to have her car fixed at a workshop. The real cost is reportedly only HKD$20,000 (SGD$3098).

Nicholas reportedly did not cancel Cecilia's supplementary card, as the actor wanted to be responsible for Cecilia before their divorce is finalised.

It has been almost two months since Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung's marriage woes started. Though all seems calm on the outside, the pair is no longer on speaking terms and instead have lawyers negotiating on their behalf now.

It was reported that after Cecilia discovered she is unable to save her marriage, the actress went berserk and demanded for Nicholas' properties, production company and their two sons as a part of their divorce settlement.

An insider revealed that Cecilia's terms of divorce is very "simple", the actress wanted everything, including sole custody of Lucas and Quintus, Nicholas' HKD$160million (S$25mil) property, her father-in-law Patrick Tse's property, and also Nicholas' production company.

"Nicholas knew (Cecilia) would ask for a lot. He feels that money can always be earned back and claimed that she can have anything -- except for the production company -- as there is a responsibility for him to care for his partner and clients, so Nicholas had decided to give her all his properties instead!" the insider shared.

The insider added, "At first, Nicholas did not want to tear Lucas and Quintus apart but the court might not give him full custody to both his children. Seeing that Lucas is already missing school and Cecilia has been letting her so-called family members take care of him, Nicholas has decided that he should gain custody of Quintus so that his mother (Deborah Li) can take care of him. At least he can still save one of them and raise him in a normal environment."

However, there is also another report claiming that Nicholas is worried that Cecilia might not be able to take the blow of losing her kids and that the actor has agreed to share custody with her.

Another insider claimed that, "Cecilia already lost a husband, if she loses custody of her children, there is no telling what she would do. After thinking it through, Nicholas has stopped insisting that his children follow him."

Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse's marriage is already over, Cecilia dropped her 'Mrs. Tse' identity. Yesterday Cecilia attended a fashion event in Shanghai, attracting nearly 500 reporters on the scene. She was surrounded by a large group taking pictures, and someone shouted 'Mrs. Tse', but Cecilia appeared cold. Looks like she deliberately denied to being 'Mrs. Tse' in public. Reporters approached Nicholas' lawyer when he was leaving and asked if there is already consensus between Nicholas and Cecilia? Did Nicholas give his HK$160 million mansion to Cecilia? His lawyer did not respond and quickly left.

However, Cecilia was reluctant to meet her and their relationship only improved when Deborah took Cecilia out for an expensive meal.

The pair's relationship was said to be improving with Cecilia asking Deborah out for meals and Deborah buying her branded bags in return. However it all went downhill when Nicholas and Cecilia's marriage started to crumble.

When Deborah attempted to counsel the couple whenever Cecilia threatened divorce and leaving with her two sons, she would end up getting scolded.

A few days ago, Nicholas Tse made a speech in Beijing expressing he still loves Cecilia Cheung, and still talks to her. The couple's relationship rapidly eases the tension and Cecilia puts her fire away and considers the big picture. In the future, she will hand over all decisions made on the marriage to Nicholas. Yesterday morning, Cecilia finished the shoot in Europe and returned to HK. At the airport, 500 reporters and security workers was wrestling around her, which led to a chaos in the airport. She was asked about the divorce and the fight for child custody. She was expressionless the entire time and did not respond to anything. She left the airport and went back to her residence in Hong Kong Parkview to look after her boys. Her manager, Emily, denied on her behalf of the rumors that she is pregnant with the 3rd child.

Reporters at the airport asked her a series of questions as soon as Cecilia appeared, including: "Do you regret taking photos with Edison Chen? Well, the feelings are mutual. The award-winning Hong Kong actor said he misses his wife too. "If you ask me if I love and miss her, I will say I love and miss her. But I don't know what my next step is," a teary-eyed Nicholas 'fessed up.

But unlike Cecilia who gave a tell-it-all interview with Oriental Daily News, Nicholas chose not to condemn his wife in public. "Because saying my wife is bad is also saying I'm no good to my sons... Today, our marriage does have some problems," he added.

Begging the media to give them some privacy, the actor said, "We are both adults. Whether it's love, hate or fighting in future, we will handle it ourselves."

The high wattage couple, who tied the knot five years ago, has two kids - Lucas, 4 and Quintus, 1.

Both kids are currently living with Cecilia, and being taken care by three maids and a minder whenever she is at work.

"The good mother Cecilia is, she will call (the kids) hourly," revealed her make-up artist, Rick Chin.

Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung's marriage has finallycome to an end. In the last few months, the two were secretly fighting for their kids' custody and family property. In view of the big picture of protecting my family, I, Nicholas Tse hope to reduce the affect the situation may cause to my boys as much as possible, therefore I kept my silence. After several careful self-reflections, today I finally have come to a painful decision. From today on, I will start handling my family affairs, I hope to stop all speculations the public has as soon as possible, and allow everyone to get back to a peaceful life. Vows to fight for the boys' custody
Nic's decision to divorce Cecilia is a fact that cannot be changed, Nic also vows to fight for the custody of his boys Lucas and Quintas. This is something that he cannot give in.

In the past month, Cecilia has been ‘attacked’ with negative publicity, with rumors abound of her being a gold-digger, overbearing, troublemaker, using her sons to threaten her husband, etc.—all meant to paint her in a bad light. Ever since Eileen Cha revealed in her radio show back on 5/30 that Cecilia has been “squeezing Nicholas Tse’s $500 million personal fortune dry” and portrayed her as a gold-digger as well as troublemaker, there have been rumors that Nicholas Tse’s mother Deborah Lai, who is good friends with Eileen Cha, was the source of information for Eileen and gave her ‘authorization’ to speak about the couple’s marital issues. This was a natural ‘conclusion’ drawn by the public due to Deborah’s rocky relationship with her daughter-in-law Cecilia – however, in our exclusive interview, Cecilia reveals her staunch belief that her own husband Nicholas Tse was Eileen Cha’s true ‘source’!

R: Why do you feel that Nicholas is the person who provided Eileen with the information?

C (speaking calmly): I’ve been married to him for 5 years and have known him since I was 18 years old – of course I know what type of person he is! All this time, he has always projected the image of being ‘cool’ and ‘suave’, wearing his sunglasses all the time and such. I once asked him why he always wears sunglasses, to which he replied that with the sunglasses on, people can’t tell whether he is lying or telling the truth! So him getting ‘Best Actor’ is truly ‘deserving’ then!

R: Other than knowing him for 13 years and being married to him for 5 years, what other specific reason do you have for believing that Nicholas is the ‘source’ of all the negative information out there about you?

C (starts to become slightly agitated): A lot of things only the two of us know about -- conversations that we had between the two of us as husband and wife that a third party has no way of knowing. Nic’s relationship with his mother Deborah has never been good – when he accepted the award for Best Actor and didn’t thank his mother onstage, Deborah got really upset and complained to Eileen Cha the next day. After that, Deborah stopped staying in contact with us and stopped coming to our house, therefore she did not know that I had moved to Yeung Ming Shan Chuang and definitely did not know how much rent I was paying – so how was Eileen Cha able to reveal that information? It’s obvious then who the true ‘source’ of the information was! This method of ‘using someone else’s knife to kill someone’, causing 2 women [Cecilia and Deborah] to be endlessly ‘attacked’ by the public and Media and not doing anything about it – this is absolutely despicable! If there was something that he needed to say, why not just come out and say it? Why be so sneaky?

R: It’s been almost a month since Eileen Cha revealed all that in her radio show – from that moment until now, there has been a lot of negative reports related to you. Why did you continue to keep silent all this time?

C (sounding helpless): The reason why I’ve been silent up to this point is because of my children. I didn’t want my 2 sons to grow up in a broken, single parent family – but he [Nicholas] did not appreciate it! Even up until yesterday, right before I got on the plane, he was still secretly ‘releasing’ information to the public! I truly couldn’t stand it anymore and felt that I needed to come out and say something!

R: Have you been in contact with Nicholas?

C (stating without hesitation): I haven’t been able to get in touch with him for the past month or so. Before I boarded the plane to come here, I used a phone without caller ID to call Cousin [Nic Tse’s assistant]; I told him to tell his boss that if he continues to secretly release false information to the public like that, I will not tolerate it any more! There is a lot of stuff that only the two of us [Cecilia and Nic] know about – if he continued his tactics, then I will reveal his true colors to the public and let everyone know who Nicholas Tse truly is! I told him to stop pretending to be a good man, good husband, good father!

R: In your opinion, how is Nicholas as a father?

C: He’s never cared much about the kids. Whenever he’s at home, it’s like the kids are invisible to him – he pretty much ignores them! The only reason he wanted me to have kids was so he could tie me down – he actually doesn’t even like children!

R: Back to your conversation with Cousin…so after you told Cousin that you won’t tolerate it any more and would reveal your husband’s true colors, what was Nic’s reaction?

C (slightly agitated again): I could hear him next to Cousin, yelling out: “Go ahead and (expletive) talk about me! I worked so hard to make the public have a bad image of you, let’s see who the people are going to believe!”

R: Is it because of those words that you decided not to keep silent anymore?

C (angrily states): Yes! It is precisely because of those words that I decided not to keep quiet anymore! I felt I needed to come out and say something!

R: Why would Nicholas attack you like that?

C: Because he doesn’t want me to get any of his assets, so he made it look like I was crazy for money – but the reality is far from that! I don’t need to rely on him [financially] at all! Money is not that important to me – if have more, spend more, if have less, spend less. Plus, it’s not like I don’t have any money at all! Even if I’m no longer in the entertainment industry, I still won’t have a problem!

R: With the situation getting to the point that it has, are you guys truly getting a divorce?

C (helplessly expresses): I’ve stayed silent for so long in order to preserve my family and for the sake of the children. Whether we will be divorcing or nor can be taken up later – right now, at this moment, my only intention is to reveal Nicholas Tse’s true colors!

According to Hong Kong's "Apple Daily", yesterday the Nic and Cecilia marriage crisis entered its 29th day, Hong Kong's "Nextmedia" yesterday stated that Nicholas Tse was downhearted after learning that Cecilia Cheung met with Edison Chen privately on the plane and also how she signed up with Media Asia Group to become Edison Chen's colleague, they say he has decided to grant her divorce threat, on the 10th of June he had already sent the divorce agreement papers to his solicitor, friends were worried that his 6 hundred million fortune would be split with her, but he said: "If she likes money, then let her have it." Their gossips get bigger and bigger. The most recent development is Nic and Cecilia have already 'stopped talking' and both sides refuses to see each other. They only communicate through their respective lawyers and are negotiating on how to split the property. Cecilia is fully troubled by the negative reports and is worried that she might have to face Nic in court, which may cause her to lose everything. According to reliable sources, Cecilia is indecisive on the custody of her sons because she only can choose one of their two sons. She finally chose Lucas and her youngest son Quintus' custody rights are left to her mother-in-law Deborah Lai.
