Recently, Jordan Chan has been harassed over the phone from two Mainlanders of unknown locations. The callers used profanity to insult Jordan and even threatened him. Jordan couldn't help but vent through Weibo that he never harmed anyone, why did those people have to target him!

The telephone harassment started last Wednesday night, Jordan made the two Mainland phone numbers public on Weibo and asked if anyone knew the people with these numbers. In one call, the person used profanity to insult him, making Jordan extremely upset. The next evening, Jordan received another SMS from a different phone number, the person threatened him: "If a person is given a chance and still don't know, then don't blame us for retaliating! When I send you this SMS, I didn't give out your number to anyone, but later...since I have so much time, I'll give you an ending that you want and I'll welcome an intense farce."

This terrifying SMS greatly angered Jordan. As a result, he made the phone number and SMS public on his Weibo and commented: "(1) Retaliation ~~~ I never caused any harm to you guys? What do you need to retaliate? (2) Give my phone number to anybody? For what reason? (3) Since I have so much time? Then go find a yourself a career. (4) And you welcome an intense farce? Why me? For what reason? I hate it when others treat me (mother) something... something."

After the incident, Jordan's fans were very emotional and madly went to investigate the origin of those two numbers. They plan to report the case to the Public Security too.

Jordan responded through his management (Ms. Lee): "I currently have not considered reporting to Public Security because I don't feel its life threatening. The two callers kept bothering me, but I really don't know them." Ms. Lee was asked if Jordan will be extra cautious? She said: "The management will tell him to be careful and we are concern of his security. Jordan didn't offend anyone, so it is not necessary to have any fear. The two callers are currently calling him nonstop and if this goes on, we will advise Jordan to get a new number."

Hong Kong actor Jordan Chan's wife, Cherrie Ying revealed in a recent interview that she feels more like Chan's mother than his wife, reported Chinese media.

"He (Chan) is a bit childlike. Very often I have to remind him about things over the phone and repeat myself two, three times before he remembers.

"He is messy and always forgets where he put things. I even have to remember all his passwords, I am just like his mother," Ying lamented.

"I often feel that when he was looking for a wife, he was actually looking for a mother."

However, the 27-year-old Taiwan-born Hong Kong actress stressed that while her husband may forget a lot of things, Chan never forgets his duty to his wife.

"He (Chan) actually takes good care of me, I feel a sense of security with him around," said Ying. "He gives me the care and support I need."

Ying, who married Chan in Las Vegas last February, also said that they are planning to start a family soon.

"I have always wanted to have children, as I like children, the more the merrier," said Ying, who expressed that she is willing to give up her acting career to take care of her children.

"Marriage is also a woman's career. At the end of the day, it is not your career that is most important, it is your family," Ying said.

Ying made her film debut with the action drama film "Fulltime Killer" starring alongside Andy Lau and Takashi Sorimachi in 2001.

Yesterday on the big Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day, the first happy event happened in the entertainment circle where Jordan Chan and his rumored to be pregnant girlfriend Cherrie Ying held their wedding in the United States. The wedding was very impressive as the groom Jordan praised his new wife in English, but it was not understandable. The hilarious scene stirred up huge laughter among the audience, even the bride did not know if she should cry or laugh.

Currently 42, Jordan and his girlfriend of 3 years Cherrie Ying (Ding Ding) held their marriage at Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas at 12:30pm on Valentine's Day February 14th. Around 10 close friends and family attended the wedding, including Ding Ding's 90+ year old and on a wheel chair grandmother; from the entertainment circle there were Eric Tsang and his son, Michael Tse and his wife, Louis Yuen, Yumiko Cheng and Charles Heung and his wife.

The bride Ding Ding was dressed in a low-cut white wedding gown, while the groom wore traditional Chinese attire. The wedding was presided by a foreign female priest, who misread Jordan's name as "Golden" even before the ceremony started, which led to laughter among the audience. The priest then apologized. The moment they were exchanging rings, it was the most touching part, the pair were so touched that they could not stop tearing up. Among the two, Jordan was the most emotional as he cried harder than the bride.

The priest then brought Jordan and Cherrie for the marriage oath, Jordan used English to say "Forever love my wife, for my whole life. My wife is my best friend, will always forever be my wife." During the time, he tried to be creative and added one emphasis that Ding Ding is his "most loved wife", but the English Jordan said could not be understood, he turned the statement into "You are the best one in a group of wives." The touching moment turned into a hilarious scene, initially the tearing Ding Ding immediately started laughing. Ding Ding told Jordan: "I told you not to speak English!"

Ding Ding: I will take care of you
On contrast, Ding Ding used Chinese to express her commitment to Jordan: "If the whole world doesn't understand you, I will try my best to. Even if the whole world left you, I will not. I know you are a kid, don't worry, I will take care of you." Ding Ding had a changed in personality as she switches roles with Jordan. When the two walked out of the chapel, Jordan took the initiative to lift Ding Ding's hand, Eric shouted at Jordan: "It is suppose to bride lift the groom, not the other way around." This led to more laughter among the guest. After the ceremony, Ding Ding and Jordan stood in the front of the chapel and threw the flower bouquet, while the guest fought for it. Results, Ding Ding's close friend got it. The group then transported to a hotel for the private wedding party continuing the fun.
