In the past year, Charmaine Sheh had been focused on filming series in Mainland, yesterday she took some time off to shoot a commercial for the Green Council to help promote the positive message of saving the earth as the 'environmental protection ambassador'.

Regarding the recent spread of H7N9 bird flu in China, Charmaine responded calmly: "After the experience from the SARS epidemic 10 years ago, we all have a much higher awareness on protection. I eat less meat now and pay attention to good health." Apparently China's approach in countering a breakout is rather sloppy? "I don't think so. Hong Kong has already sent out specialists to China to research the current situation, treatment methods and is very concern of the issue. When I'm out at work, I don't put on a mouth mask, but I do carry around disinfectant products with me and will pay close attention to food sanitation." Charmaine is more worried about her younger brother, who currently runs a food business in Shanghai. She has told him to watch out for his health.

Earlier it was rumored former TVB producer Miu Siu Ching is interested in collaborating with Charmaine on a new TV series at her new company, nowTV. Charmaine admitted they have indeed approached her for a prelimilary discussion, but TVB will be her first choice because she still has a contract with them. She said: "I'm currently in the process of script selection. I want to pick a good one to participate in. I probably won't have time on my schedule until the end of the year." Eric Tsang, reportedly, wanted to ask Charmaine to help him out on his produced series Aerobic Girls? "We did chat before, but the role is either too young or too mature. Haven't decided on the direction yet, so we will have to discuss some more."

Also, it was rumored Joel Chan and Florinda Ho broke up? Charmaine said: "Is that really true? I don't know about others, wait until I ask him. (Joel lost everything? [4 losses - money, career, image, love]) Is he that miserable? Perhaps they're still very sweet." When speaking of her own love life, she said: "Still waiting, of course I do have pursuers, but I'm not telling you! (Wealthy guys?) Not right for me, too young."

Charmaine Sheh has been getting offers left and right since leaving TVB in 2011, and it was recently reported that another TVB rival, pay-television station, Now TV, has offered the actress HKD120,000 per episode to star in their upcoming palace drama – produced by former TVB producers and married couple, Lau Ka Ho and Mui Siu Ching.

According to Jayne Stars website, rumour has it that Charmaine is currently in discussion with Now TV to star in the station's first official production. The actress is said to be willing to film for a lower fee to repay good friends, Lau and Mui, for their roles in Charmaine's career success.

Sources disclosed that although the actress is currently earning RMB200,000 (app. USD32,000) per episode in mainland China, Charmaine will be taking a 40 percent pay cut should she agree to film the new 40-episode drama.

However, at a press conference that was held on 26 March, Now TV executive Ho Lai Chuen dismissed the rumours, stating that HKD120,000 is too small an amount for a popular star such as Charmaine.

When asked whether he had invited Charmaine to film for this project, Lau admitted, "I had spoken with Charmaine about it but I also discussed this opportunity with many other artistes. We are currently considering mainland actresses to lead the drama."

Lau further stated, "Although Charmaine is unable to film for us at the moment, there remains a possibility for collaboration in the future."

Charmaine Sheh's attended the press conference for her new Mainland drama Marry into the Purple in Beijing. Since Charmaine left TVB, it is clear the amount of series she's in has significantly declined. She said: "Actually many have approached me, but there are not many scripts in HK or Mainland that can touch me. The scripts with challenges are the ones that could touch me. I will only accept scripts that can make me cry."

Recently the single Charmaine has been rumored with former TVB actor Bryant Mak (played Kate Tsui's younger brother in Highs and Lows). she clarified: "Bryant and I have the same god-mother. He's like my little brother, I watched him grow up. Our families have a very good relationship. So, everyone don't play a joke, he's like family. We won't drift apart because of this rumor."

Charmaine expressed when choosing a boyfriend, she does not look at his wealth: "It is not important whether men have money or not, the most important is to have the desire to improve and a loving heart. Treating me well is enough, love is a type of feeling, just as long as I feel happy when I see him, then that's enough." Charmaine said she doesn't have any special criteria on her future boyfriend's profession, but she won't like men who are younger than her, nor will she take initiative and pursue guys. She already has several friends who are married and have children, she disclosed her desire for marriage as well: "Sometimes I do think about if my own baby would be just as cute as their babies."

Yesterday Charmaine Sheh and Eliza Sam (Heung Heung) attended cosmetic brand Lancome's ribbon-cutting ceremony in Macau. During the time, a butterfly suddenly flew over to Charmaine, but then landed on Heung Heung's chest instead. Charmaine patted her chest to calm herself down, while Heung Heung had a shocked expression when the butterfly landed on her.

When speaking of Heung Heung's portrayal of the young version Mimi Chu in new series Inbound Troubles, she smiled and said Mimi played her mother in another series, so they have quite a bit of fate. She laughed and said: "Mimi and I really do look alike!" One time Mimi asked her: "Are you the pirated version of me?"

Charmaine praised Heung Heung's high acting flexibility and has hope to become one of the top FaDans. It was rumored TVB invited Dayo Wong back to shoot a series and used Charmaine's partnership with him to entice him to sign a contract? Charmaine expressed she still has a contract with TVB and hopes to collaborate with Dayo again. Earlier Bowie Lam criticized TVB is running out of people, even singer Ivana Wong has to film a series. Charmaine said: "Those are two separate and unrelated matters. Ivana did a great job, she's so cute and a singer filming a series can increase the sparks. Back then, I collaborated with Ekin Cheng too. (It was rumored EEG Motion Pictures invited you to join them?) They have contacted me, but whether I shoot a series or movie, it depends on the script. Nowadays, I'm more about the quality rather than quantity."

Last Friday, Michael Miu threw a birthday and 22nd wedding anniversary party for his wife, Jamie Chik, on the special "Love You Forever" day (201314). The party was held at the Happy Valley Racecourse. Many of their good showbiz friends were invited to the party. Yesterday a tabloid magazine (Oriental Sunday) published photos from the party and the cover story was on Charmaine Sheh "releasing electricity" on four men including the married Hu Jun, Michael Tse, Joe Ma and TVB Siu Sang Raymond Lam. Charmaine was chatting and laughing closely with the four of them. She appeared closest with Hu Jun, hugging and kissing the cheeks; The "Chok King" Raymond released his "electricity" back at her, while Charmaine grabbed his hand and wouldn't let go; Joe Ma and Michael were just chatting with Charmaine, but got her laughing so hard without restraint.

Yesterday Michael Miu denounced on Weibo that the magazine for twisting the truth, turning a happy party into a story about Charmaine pursuing the guys, "I'm too angry! This was suppose to be a private party to leave beautiful memories for my wife, but the shameless magazine and paparazzi did not consider other people's feelings at all. They randomly took pictures and report a bunch of nonsense. It is simply ridiculous!" Jamie also fought justice for Charmaine on Weibo, "I've known Charmaine for so many years, she is a confidant and optimistic person. She's honest and loyal to her friends. She constantly moves upward in her acting career until where she is at today; it is through all the hard work effort that brought her the accomplishments today. In between, there has been many cases like this one, fabricated reports and stories. Nonsense, can only live up to unlimited support!"

Charmaine responded to both Michael and Jamie, telling them not to be upset. She said to Michael: "3 Gor, don't let these silly reports affect your mood! That night, you made it a memorable night for each and everyone of your guests." Then she said to Jamie: "Thank you 3 So! Relax! The two TVB high executives Catherine Tsang and Virgina Lok each have their "favorites" competing in the 'one person per vote' TVB Awards earlier. In the end, Catherine Tsang's favorite Wayne Lai defeated Raymond Lam becoming the three time TV King winner. It was rumored because of this, Raymond Lam has intentions to leave the entertainment business and plus Virgina's other favorite Kevin Cheng is currently actively working in Mainland and has no interest in returning. Catherine is taking this opportunity to get her 'people' to come back to TVB, such as producers Tsui Ching Hong and Lee Yim Fong and artists Charmaine Sheh and Dayo Wong. Also part of Catherine's group of favorites, Steven Ma, left TVB last February due to disagreements with the artist department and asked to terminate his contract early. It was said once the contract ended, Catherine and another TVB executive Au Wai Lam immediately went out to try and convince Steven to sign a per-series contract. However, Steven was already participating in Mainland drama The Legend of the Yuan Founderer, so he had no choice but to decline. Last September, Catherine personally invited Steven back to shoot a 30 episode drama, but again there were conflict in his schedule.

Although Steven's contract is still in discussion, Catherine has already orally prepared him to participate in Producer Leung Choi Yuen's new series in May. To show her sincerity, she will personally discuss the contract terms with him. Yesterday Catherine admitted over the phone that Steven is making a comeback, "A year ago, I already asked him to come back!" As for Steven, he frankly expressed over the phone: "Catherine has been in touch with me all along, but at this moment, I cannot promise anything because there is still a lot more details that still haven't been discussed yet. After all, I probably won't have a definite answer before Lunar New Year."

Also, the new issue of Good News exposed TVB wanted to please Raymond Lam, therefore plan to cancel the JSG Music Awards 'one person per vote' system and just give Raymond both the Most Popular Male Singer and Asia-Pacific Most Popular Male Singer awards to him. Last night, Raymond was recording for a TVB program, he responded: "Something to do with me again? It sounds like I don't need to put any effort. (Do you have any confidence for another one person per vote?) I'm so miserable! Everything I do is wrong. When it's public voting, people say I have the most fans. (It was rumored you're renewing your contract for an award?) It's just what the media said!" When reporters mentioned the recent reports of ex-girlfriend Mavis Pan's new boyfriend, Raymond immediately kept his mouth shut.

Also, it was said Dayo Wong's TVB comeback series is going to be producer Tsui Ching Hong's new series War of Genders 2, but it was also rumored Tommy Leung won the battle and successfully got Dayo to participate in producer Man Wai Hung's Your Hired 2 in April. Producer Man expressed: "Nothing is confirmed yet. Dayo is a talented actor, of course I want to work with him again."

The 2nd Women's Fashion Week & High Quality Fashion of France 2012 at Singapore fashion show kicked off last night. This is the second year the fashion show is held in Singapore. Charmaine Sheh was extremely excited to be able to participate in the fashion show as a model and greatly praised Beijing-based fashion designer Guo Pei's beautiful designs and her works of art. Charmaine did the catwalk in a floor-dragging Chinese-styled dress and admitted her height did not compare to the other models. Fortunately, the stage atmosphere and music accommodated her catwalk, allowing her to feel the surge. She laughed: "At the time, I didn't think about anything, I was just very proud of myself. However, the tail of my dress was so long and heavy. I could easily fall, so I had to be very careful and startling by each step. During rehearsal, a lot of models fell down, therefore must be extra careful and take each step slowly."

Since Charmaine's debut, she had little catwalk experience, so this time it was especially memorable for her. She and designer Guo Pei chatted nonstop and even set up their next meeting in Beijing, Charmaine said: "She's so nice, very attentive and she knew I was on a tight schedule. As soon as I got off the flight, she took me try out the dress and accompanied me the entire time. My dress was tailored to fit me, and wasn't completed until 2 or 3am." Although the two spent a short amount of time together, Charmaine learned Guo Pei loves beauty, every time she sees a model dressed in her designs, she would be very happy. How would Guo Pei evaluate Charmaine? She laughed: "She said I did well and had great momentum. I was happy to hear this because I don't have enough experience in this area after all and walking in that dress was a challenge for me."

Charmaine Sheh became the spokesperson for Eaton Hotels, yesterday she attended the press conference and expressed she will pocket 7 figures for the 3 year contract. She said she and her mother can stay and eat at the hotel as much as they like to.

It was rumored Charmaine signed another contract with TVB in exchange for the TV Queen award. She clarified: "TVB and I still have a per-series contact and no new contract has been discussed. I just feel I was nominated because I did well, it's hard to encounter a good role." Charmaine sees Michelle Yim, Tavia Yeung and Kate Tsui as her strongest competitors. She believes this year the 'one vote per person' public voting system is much fairer.

Lately Charmaine has been choosing a script. She will not be able to attend the TVB Anniversary Awards this year, but she made it clear that she is maintaining a good relationship with TVB and hope to participate in a TVB series next year. "I already rested for one round, and hope to find a comedy series to be in next year. I really want to keep my HK fans." As for Ben Wong and Raymond Cho left out in the nominations and scolded TVB for their unfair treatment? Charmaine expressed she is not sure why the two weren't nominated, but she agrees they are both very good actors and she will definitely support them.

When speaking of MCI Candy Chang's drug case, Charmaine was very shocked. Asked if she felt Candy damaged the Miss HK and MCI image? Charmaine said she does not want to comment too much: "It's hard to answer, leave it to the police. I read about the artists using drugs at the restaurant, but I have never been influenced into doing drugs. I'm already too busy filming series and I'm already skinny enough. If drugs get into the mix, I'm going to die!"

She said: "In the bride pick up ceremony, we'll have very 'strong' tactics. If the groomsmen does not comply with our requests, they will suffer heavy punishments." How much do they want in the lucky red envelope? Charmaine laughed: "At least 5 figures, must be $99,999. Then we'll all be happy. We won't be accommodating the pregnant Angela Tong on the games, since we're not the ones pregnant." Charmaine frankly expressed she's putting her guards up and has no fear of the groomsmen playing them back. Her greatest wish is to make Chin Kar Lok declare his love for Angela. She said: "Usually he's too shy, no matter what I want him to say sweet and mushy stuff to Angela." When speaking of ATV protesting against the government issuing free-to-air TV licensees, Charmaine frankly said she has not been following the news, but she believes healthy competition is good.

Irene and Wylie were dressed sexily to the event, Irene showed off her back and butterfly tattoo. She said: "I have to rush to a movie premiere after this, so I got this tattoo to match my role in that movie. I actually do want to get a real tattoo." Charmaine said she's not sure: "Wait until they announce the official nominations. (Are you attending the anniversary?) The majority of my time, I'm not in HK. I may not be around that time, or if I'm filming, I probably can't go."

Charmaine expressed she's not thinking about getting any awards this year, but expressed she has already watched Kate Tsui's Highs and Lows and Tavia Yeung's Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles. When asked who she supports? She said: "50/50 chance, I hope they both get the Best Actress award. I haven't watched Michelle Yim's The Confidant yet, so I cannot comment. (Raymond Lam's momentum is really high?) I strongly support him. (Support him to take the TV King title?) I support all of them, they're all my friends. I don't want to name one person and upset the other." As for rumored boyfriend Kevin Cheng's eye injury? She said she has already sent a SMS to him: "He replied, 'I'm fine, relax!' I hope he gets well soon! Actually men looks more masculine with some scars. I have scars myself!"

Charmaine Sheh appeared back at TVB to take part in the recording of game show Let's Play With Our Food. When speaking of being left out of the TVB 2013 Calendar shoot? She said: "A lot of times, you cannot participate in everything that happens in the company. When the photo shoot completes, I'll tell Virgina Lok to give me a copy. It was rumored Andy Lau is coming back to shoot a TVB series? Charmaine said: "Good! He's my idol, but I don't know if TVB will cast me in the same series as him. To artists and the audience, this will be a feast to our eyes. However, I don't have time on my schedule until next year."

Yesterday Charmaine Sheh, Moses Chan, Wayne Lai, Linda Chung, Raymond Wong and Leila Tong attended The Next Magazine's Healthy Star Awards 2012. In a recent interview, Charmaine talked about her investment on homes and getting rich off of RMB (Chinese currency), making her a 'young rich lady' in the industry. Yesterday she modestly said: "I didn't make that much, otherwise I wouldn't have to work. I'm still working hard and really like acting. Actually, I'm not considered that good in investment, still learning and discussing with the consultant at the bank." When asked whether she'll retire if she makes a profit on another house? She said: "Didn't think about that. I currently just have one home because I'm always flying around. I don't dare to buy stocks, I can't keep up with the stock market's ups and downs. When I'm working, I won't be able to answer the broker's calls, so my only long-term investment is to buy homes, that is the most stable."

Charmaine thinks the current Chief Executive CY Leung's (Leung Chun Ying) policy is "average for now", the housing prices haven't gone down, "Actually I feel a little contradictory. When the market is doing well, the housing prices won't go down, but then I don't want the Hong Kong market to be bad. I just want the government to implement some policies to crackdown on the property speculation, to help us investors."

Yesterday Charmaine went to cast her vote because this year she really wants to express her strong opinions. When asked if she voted against the National's Education system? Charmaine said: "I think National's Education needs to be publicly announced to the teachers and students before we discuss over it. The government should also accept the citizens' views. This is a society of democracy, there should be this right. We should all just sit down and talk it over."

TVB new series The Last Steep of Ascent is airing soon, but lead actress Maggie Cheung has already left the company, Moses Chan expressed he's not worried he'll have to take up the heavy responsibility of promoting the series himself. He also does not mind if the attention is focused on him and his girlfriend Aimee Chan. "We have a different relationship line in the series, so there is no need to confuse our personal life with work."

Wayne Lai defends Sheren Tang

It was rumored TVB plans to start shooting Rosy Business 3 (RB3), Wayne Lai continues to be the male lead, but because Sheren Tang was demanding for too much, she was kicked out by TVB executives. She gets replaced by Myolie Wu as the female lead. Later, Sheren denied the rumor on Weibo. Yesterday Wayne strongly supported his good partner Sheren: "There are a lot of speculations on the internet, some people said Sheren won't be shooting RB3 and that someone else is going to shoot it instead. Some people no longer want the series to be called RB3. Actually whether if its going to be filmed, its not significant if there's Sheren or not and it is not necessary to care whether the series title is RB3 or not. What's most important is there will still be drama. Some people say Sheren was demanding too much on the contract, but I think its pointless to try and hurt her, it's very unfair to her. If she doesn't shoot the series, there could be thousands of reasons, and TVB may even drop me as well and still use the RB3 title."

Wayne expressed earlier Netizens redo the Forensic Heroes III pairings, he said: "I hope everyone stops talking about this. Sheren and I are good partners. If I shoot the series, and she doesn't, but make awkwardness for us, that wouldn't be good." He expressed many times the series titles are tentative, it's not a big deal if the name RB3 isn't used. He hopes people could just stop and leave Sheren alone.

A snake baby? Hope she has a snake baby soon! If she wants, I can be her baby's godmother." Charmaine said she's already the godmother of 4 or 5 children, but asked when she'll have children of her own? She smiled and said she'll come out in the finale, but she still hasn't found her Mr. Right yet, she's not in a relationship right now and she definitely doesn't have a wealthy man pursuing her. Charmaine expressed money is not as important as a partner whom she can communicate with and make her laugh. When asked if her mother rushes her to marry? She said: "Nope, my brothers are married and have children already, so no pressure on me. Marriage is a lifetime, must choose the right one." Charmaine also expressed she's not worried she won't be able to get married and its not necessary for her to find a matchmaker yet. Asked if she'll go for a lightning marriage? She frankly said: "I don't know either. When I'm in love, I may do it." Charmaine doesn't choose her partner based on age or race, but she's never dated a foreigner before.

When speaking of the possibility that Andy Lau may shoot a TVB series, Charmaine expressed she hopes to collaborate with him and it does not matter what role she gets. "Andy is my idol. Charmaine joked: "I can't imagine it!"

We do keep in touch. (Did you gossip about his love life?) I have to deal with myself first, why would I gossip about others? (It was rumored he and Niki are getting back together.) I have no comment. (Fear you might get dragged into the rumors too?) I can't control what the newspapers write. (Any chance of you and Kevin getting back together?) Ask Heaven. I don't know either. I'm currently very happy and pleased of my current status." When speaking of Kevin's response to the rumor that Niki and Christine are fighting to be 'Mrs. Kevin Cheng', he said he's not that powerful. In regards to this, Charmaine said: "If I'm really in a stabled relationship, I would choose to make it public." Charmaine stressed she's currently single, but she does have a pursuer. When asked if the pursuer is from Mainland or Hong Kong? She said: "A gentleman."

Asked if she joined a new company? She said: "I've always had a per-series contract with TVB, I'm a TVB employee. If I want to shoot in Mainland, then I can do that too. (Has Ricky Wong contacted you?) Never met him, never been in contact. Perhaps he knows I have a contract. (He said he wants you to be CTI's Big Sister.) Thank him for the appreciation."

Charmaine Sheh's popularity has been on the rise in Mainland, and is very honored to have been invited by The 18th Shanghai Television Festival's "Magnolia" Awards to be on the judge panel. She praised that Mainland dramas are of high standards. During her interview with QQ Entertainment, Charmaine mentioned the seriousness of Mainland productions and that they have quality actors. She's already very happy to be able to participate in one of the dramas. "HK dramas aren't nominated. Aside from Mainland dramas having such high standard productions, HK dramas are focused more on modern day, mainly on the HK hot topics, which Mainland viewers may not understand and therefore cannot relate to it." When Charmaine first decided to develop in Mainland, it was all because she started feeling a bit bored in TVB. She had just been collaborating with the same crew for too long and there wasn't anything refreshing. However, she did not completely leave TVB, and when Virgina Lok sees her, she would still happily greet her and say if she has time, she can come back to shoot a TVB series. It was said TVB is currently lacking FaDans, but Charmaine did not agree: "Myolie Wu, Fala Chen and Linda Chung's all have pretty matured acting." It was rumored Charmaine signed a 10million RMB, 3 year contract with a Mainland company? She said shocked: "Wow that much? No!" She hopes to get a raise every year, but she doesn't want to compare with other people. She currently wants to collaborate with Yimou Zhang (張藝謀) the most. "He really understands women, many of his productions are from the female's perspective. If I really could be in one of his film, I probably won't be able to fall asleep!"

Yesterday China, Hong Kong and Taiwan artists gathered at the star-studded The 18th Shanghai Television Festival (STVF) opening ceremony. Rumored couple Charmaine Sheh and Kevin Cheng were present along with Ada Choi, Christine Ng and TVB Siu Sang & FaDans Bosco Wong, Myolie Wu and Moses Chan. Ada recently got her pay raised to 20K RMB per episode for her participation in Zhenhuan Zhuan (甄嬛傳) and is the top paid among the HK actresses. Charmaine isn't weak either, as she disclosed her pay is comparable. She also indirectly bashes Myolie Wu, who recently purchased a HK$10 million luxury home after shooting just two Mainland dramas. Charmaine said: "I just have to shoot one drama and I can buy it!" As for Kevin Cheng, who has pocketed 30 million RMB just within 6 months of working in Mainland, Virgina reveals he plans to buy 3 Shatins.

Ada Choi's popularity in Mainland rapidly rises

After Zhenhuan Zhuan (甄嬛傳), Ada's popularity in Mainland rapidly rises, and it was rumored her salary went up to 20K RMB per episode, 15K more than Charmaine. However, Charmaine is recently shooting Marry Into Wealthy Family (嫁入豪門), it was also said her pay surpasses 20K? She smiled and did not deny: "That's good." Then she adds: "I don't know what others are making, it's just too tiring to make comparisons. As for my salary has always been changing. It's best that we are make money, salaries are business secrets." When speaking of Myolie recently buying a HK$10 million luxury home just after shooting two Mainland dramas? How many does Charmaine have to shoot to buy one herself? Charmaine boasted: "Just one! But of course I have to see if it fits my goals. I want to buy a home too, but the current housing prices aren't worth it."

Myolie Wu buys HK$10 million dream home

Couple Myolie Wu and Bosco Wong attended STVF together, and jointly expressed they haven't really seen each other because of their busy work schedules. Since last year until now, Myolie has already done 4 Mainland dramas, and was described by Virgina Lok that she's currently the highest paid TVB actress? Myolie said: "If I get paid any higher, then no one would want me. I am currently very pleased with my salary. In fact, each series pays differently. If the crew and co-stars are people I want to collaborate with, then a flat rate is all worth it." Is she paid 20K RMB per episode? She laughed: "I don't dare to comment too much on the money, but I'm very happy. Two Mainland series, and I can already buy my HK$10 million ideal luxury home. Now I can live closer to my family." Is Myolie planning to cohabit with Bosco? She stressed she lives with her 8 cats and sister. Bosco denied he's buying a diamond ring to propose to Myolie because his career is still the priority now.

Charmaine and Kevin were both at STVF promoting for their latest Mainland dramas Marry Into Wealthy Family (嫁入豪門) and Love And Passion (萬水千山風雨情) respectively. Because they appeared at different times, the rumored couple never got to meet. Charmaine said: "This is such a big event, I haven't seen him around, but it's so rare I saw Bobby (Au-Yeung), I have more fate with him!" She expressed her current love life is completely empty, asked if she has any pursuers? She laughed and said she must say yes. Has she thought of marrying into a wealthy family? She said: "I don't mind whether if I marry into wealthy family or not, the most important is happiness." It was rumored she's going to guest star in Beauty at War? Charmaine said: "TVB hasn't approached me. I wasn't able to participate earlier due to the schedule conflicts, such a pity. I bumped into Jonathan Chik in Hengdian, and we had dinner together."

Virgina Lok: Kevin plans to buy 3 Shatins

It was said Kevin Cheng's salary in Mainland is 25K per episode, when asked about Bosco Wong exposing his salary is close to 20K? Kevin heard the question wrong and said: "He gets 20K too? I don't know how much he earns, but if he really does get 20K, then he should treat me." In regards to Virgina Lok exposing: "Kevin's current goal is to buy 3 Shatins." Kevin jokingly complained: "Boss, it's a dream. I hope to give one to my mother, my future children and one to rent out. This way, my future children can have a place to live, I'm still working on it."

Reporters mentioned Charmaine also was at STVF, have they met? Kevin: "We'll chat if we meet, but not a dinner. Too many paparazzi here. I'm not afraid of rumors, just want to avoid unnecessary news." He is shooting long-term in Mainland, asked if he'll find a Mainland girlfriend? He continued his 'theory': "In 'dreams' yes, but 'dreams' could be anything!"

Ada, Moses, Kenny Wong and Christine Ng appeared at STVF to promote for TVB series Beauty at War. The crew is currently shooting in Hengdian, Ada took her daughter with her on the trip, convenient for her to look after her.

Moses' coffee gets everyone rushing to the restroom

When asked about her rumored 20K RMB per episode? She laughed and did not comment. Moses, standing besides her, teased that she's most popular. Aside from shooting, Moses also makes coffee for the crew. Moses laughed and said yesterday morning after he brew a special coffee for everyone to try, they all rushed to find the restroom. Ada said his coffee is diuretic.

TVB Queen Charmaine Sheh has been in the entertainment circle for many years and is used to seeing wind and rain, but she was considered a naive young woman when she first debuted. She was once betrayed by a good friend, that got her overly fearful of making friends in the industry. Since then, she was very cautious when choosing friends and didn't dare to trust anyone that easily.

Charmaine: "Many people believe it's hard to find true friends in the industry, especially for girls. After all there will always be competition. In this industry, I am pretty good friends with Catherine Chau, we are both very straightforward. For guys, my good friends are Bobby ([Au Yeung] and Timmy [Hung]. In fact, I was once betrayed by a good friend from the industry, this didn't happen in the recent years, it happened many years ago. I told [him/her] some things, but [he/she] went to tell reporters. Out of the blue, that friend used me to make news. Clearly the matter never happened, but because of that friend knew a lot of what has happened to me, so there was some truth to the report. It even sounds like it's all real! I didn't know what was going on, out of the blue the friend was on bad terms with me. I was on the headlines for several weeks.

Difficult to find Close Friends

At thet time I was really unhappy, especially because it was just a few years after I debuted, I was really naive then. Being betrayed by a friend, it felt like a thunderbolt hit me. At the time, we were really good friends! But after this incident, I haven't spoken to [him/her] for a long time, it's quite a pity. I feel pity because the relationship is already gone and I still didn't go resolve it with [him/her]. What if [he/she] records what you say?! [He/She] is harming you!

However, up until today I have talked it out with [him/her] and we are friends again! Nowadays when we see each other, we would nod and greet one another! Indeed, it is harder for me to trust those in the industry, really have to look at the person, I'm really afraid and will be more cautious when choosing a close friend. My current good friends -- Annie Man, Sherming Yiu, Angela Tong -- are friends I've been with in the recent years and have established trust.

Love Playing, Love Partying

I am a person that likes to play. One time I was out late partying and got photographed, but not of me drunk. Actually, once I drink, my face turns red. It doesn't matter if I just took 3 sips or 3,000 sips, it's the same. My face turns red because I have good bloodline and I can't drink too much, moderate is ok. I don't go out to play just because I need to vent, I just don't see a problem with going out partying. It's not like I'm not paying, just going out to chat with friends, very normal. No matter how big the issue is, saying it a 100 times isn't really an issue anymore."
